THE ATTACKS OF 9/11 AND THE PROSECUTION & ESTABLISHMENT OF GUILT IN A COURT OF LAW.

[I] THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE TRUTH IN A COURT OF LAW.

(1) In a court of law in order to prosecute those who may be
guilty of the commission of a crime, three important questions
must be considered by the prosecution lawyers:

1. Who had the motive to commit the crime?
2. Who had the means to commit the crime?
3. Who benefited from the crime?

(2) So just who benefited from the attacks on the Twin Towers,
which has been referred to as “The New Pearl Harbor”- Osama Bin
Laden and Al Qaeda or the “Military / Industrial Complex that
President Eisenhower warned the Nation about in his Farewell
Address to the Nation over 53 years ago?

(3) In his Farewell Address to the American people, President
Eisenhower, who for the first time ever, demanded that his
Address be broadcast live over national television rather
than just be delivered before Congress, gave to the Nation
this chilling warning:

“Our Military Organizations, today, bear little relation to that
known of any of my predecessors…We annually spend on military
security alone more than the net income of all United States
corporations.”

“In the councils of government we must guard against the acquisition
of unwarranted influence …by the MILITARY/INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX.
The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists
and will persist. We must never let the weight of this combination
endanger our Liberties or Democratic processes. WE SHOULD TAKE
NOTHING FOR GRANTED.”

“The prospect of Domination of the Nation’s scholars by Federal
employment , project allocations and the power of MONEY is
ever present and is to be GRAVELY regarded…we must be alert
to the equal and opposite DANGER that public policy could,
itself, become the “captive” of a SCIENTIFIC / TECHNOLOGICAL
ELITE.”

(4) Osama Bin Laden has been killed, Al Qaeda has been weakened
in many parts of the Mideast and they have never been able to
“duplicate” the covert operation that they were supposed to
have carried out so “brilliantly” on 9/11 which completely
“fooled” every military intelligence agency and every missile
defense system of the U.S. Government on 9/11.

(5) But the “Military / Intelligence / Industrial Complex”
“benefited tremendously” from the 9/11 attacks:

a. They got a perpetual War lasting for 15+ years with NO
end in sight.

b. They got the highest Military / Defense Budgets ever given
to the Military / Intelligence Complex in the history of Warfare.

c. The profits being made by the Military / Industrial Complex
far exceeds those profits made during any War fought by our
military in its history.

d. The United States has been turned into a “National Security
State” especially with the passing of the “Patriot Act and the
“National Defense Authorization Act,” whose mandates threaten
the very Liberties and Freedoms and Democratic principles upon
which this Nation is based.

{II} THE BUSH FAMILY “FOOTPRINTS” ARE ALL OVER THE SECURITY
PROVIDED FOR THE TWIN TOWERS RIGHT UP TO THE EVENTS OF 9/11.

(1) The company “Securacom” was in charge of the “security”
of the “Twin Towers” from before the very first attack on the
Twin Towers in 1993, until after the attacks on 9/11. Pres.
George Bush’s brother, Marvin Bush, was a principal administrative
employee with Securacom, until 1999 and President Bush’s cousin,
Wirt Walker III, was the CEO of Securacom from 1999, until after
the attacks on the Twin Towers on 9/11.

(2) Keeping in mind that there is evidence that the Bush group
had been considering military action in the Mideast BEFORE
George Bush was elected to the Presidency:

a. It would seem that the security for the Twin Towers may have
been compromised due to the Bush family having family members,
brother Marvin Bush and cousin Wirt Walker III, holding high
ranking positions within the security company in charge of
the protection of the Twin Towers before the attacks on 9/11.

b. It was under the watch and Presidential leadership of
George W. Bush and the Securacom CEO leadership of cousin
Wirt Walker III, that the Twin Towers suffered from two
destructive attacks, with over 3,000 Americans being killed.

(3) After the attacks on 9/11, Pres. Bush took this Nation
to War, first in Afghanistan and then in Iraq under the
“false” claims of “weapons of mass destruction” and
President Obama has continued the war effort and war
policies established by the Bush Administration, which
has now lasted for 15+ years and counting, with the deaths
of over 9,000 American soldiers and over 75,000 wounded,
not to mention the deaths of over 250,000 civilian men,
women and children.

(4) So let us ask once again, who had the motive and the
means to attack this Nation on 9/11 and who benefited?

a. A man hiding in a cave in Afghanistan, along with 18
Terrorists, none of whom ever flew a technologically
advanced commercial jet airplane before 9/11?

b. the Military/Industrial Complex that President
Eisenhower warned this Nation about, over 53 years
ago?

(5) No wonder President Bush, whose Father, President
George H.W. Bush, had taken the Nation to WAR in Panama
in 1989 and in the Persian Gulf in 1990 and who also
had been the Director of the CIA in 1976, “hand picked”
the Chairman of the 9/11 Commission in the same way that
President Lyndon Johnson had “hand picked” the Chairman,
as well as the other existing members of the Warren
Commission, after the murder of JFK, in 1963:

a. In each case, both the 9/11 Commission and the Warren
Commission were “COMPROMISED due to the “CONFLICT of
INTEREST” of a Sitting President, having hand picked
the Chairman of each Commission, rendering each
Commission as a “NON-INDEPENDENT” investigating
committee.

(6) No wonder that all the debris from the Twin Towers was
rushed out of this country as soon as possible, so that
no real examination of the building debris take
place. This could be likened to killing Lee Harvey Oswald
and burying him within days of the murder of JFK. Oswald
was never going to be allowed to testify in a court of
law and the debris of the Twin Towers was never going
to be examined for possible explosive residue.

[III] A NATION THAT ASKS NO QUESTIONS AND DEMANDS NO TRUTH
IS A NATION IN DEEP DENIAL.

(A) There are many Americans who believe that to ask QUESTIONS
and DEMAND the truth from our Government is “UNPATRIOTIC”
and ‘UNAMERICAN.” But what IS “unpatriotic” and “un-American”
is the fact that as a Nation of citizens:

(1) We do NOT demand the truth as to why this Nation has been
taken to WAR for 31 of the last 66 years.

(2) We do NOT demand the truth as to why this Nation was taken
to WAR in Vietnam for 12 years and for 15+ years in the Mideast
with no end in sight.

(3) We do NOT demand the truth as to how and why our LEADERS
who sought PEACE and not WAR were all assassinated.

(4) We do NOT demand the truth as to how and why over 3,000
American citizens were killed under very mysterious and
suspicious circumstances on 9/11.

Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. once said, “Freedom is not free.
It comes with the price of HONOR, INTEGRITY, COMMITTMENT
and the establishment of the TRUTH.”

President Kennedy once said, “Democracy is not a gift, it
is a RESPONSIBILITY.”

Thomas Jefferson once said, “If you expect a Nation to be
ignorant and remain FREE, you expect what never was and
never will be.”

(B) As adults and as a Nation, we have not protected the
future liberties, freedoms and security of our CHILDREN
and their children for generations to come. Instead, we
have decided to let our children live with LIES and
FALSEHOODS and DISTORTIONS that have compromised this
Nation’s past, present and future history.

(C) We have let our children down and they are and will
be paying the price for what we did not do, as American
citizens, who love their children and who love their
country. Our children and their children for
generations to come deserve a better heritage
and a more secure future than this.
