[I] LYING AND MISLEADING A NATION INTO WAR.
(A) How does a Nation of people who were “lied and misled” into a 17+ year war with no end in sight, claim that they love Freedom, love their Liberties, love their Country, love their Children?
(1) All the available historical facts, clearly indicate that the American people were taken to WAR in the Mideast based upon lies, falsehoods, distortions and propaganda by the Bush Administration and the Military /Intelligence Complex that President Eisenhower warned this Nation about over 55 years ago.
(2) It was on March 19th, 2003, that Pres. Bush ordered the invasion of Iraq under the banner of “Operation Iraqi Freedom. “The stated purpose for the invasion was “to disarm Iraq’s weapons of mass destruction, end Saddam Hussein’s regime and free the Iraqi people from a disreputable totalitarian state.”
(3) It is interesting to note that “The Center for Public Integrity” reported that Pres. Bush made “935 FALSE STATEMENTS” in the 2 years after 9/11 concerning the extent of Saddam Hussein’s “military threat” to the National Security of the United States. Such a charge supports the claim that the American people were LIED and MISLED into what would become a 17+ year WAR in the Mideast with no end in sight by the Bush administration.
(4) President Bush claimed that he was misled by faulty intelligence given to him by the CIA, an agency which is still a prime suspect in the murders of JFK, RFK and MLK, an agency which has been deeply involved in drug smuggling operations for years and which has carried out hundreds of covert operations that have cost the lives of many thousands of people in this country and around the world. Was there any “serious investigation” into any of this? Was anyone found “guilty” of lying to a President? Did anyone go to “jail” for the “serious crime” of lying this Nation into a 17+ year WAR?
[II] TAKING A NATION TO WAR FOR 31 OF THE LAST 66 YEARS.
(A) This Government and its Military / Intelligence Complex have taken this Nation to WAR for 32 of the last 67 years, which includes a 12 year WAR fought in Vietnam and now, a 19 year WAR being fought in the Mideast, with NO end in sight.
(1) The historical record indicates that President Lyndon Johnson lied and misled the Nation into a greater commitment to the war in Vietnam by claiming that North Vietnamese gunboats attacked two Naval ships at the Gulf of Tonkin, which NEVER happened. But the Nation became committed to a War in Vietnam that would last for 12 years, at a cost of over 58,875 American soldiers dead and over 300,000 wounded, because of this lie.
(2) Our political leaders and the Military/Intelligence Complex know that all they have to do is to place American troops into a WAR and the American people will support those troops, no matter how or why those troops were sent into that war. In the minds of most Americans, this is the “PATRIOTIC” thing to do, isn’t it? After all, the American people MUST support their troops!!
(3) So we, Americans, will support a War and are willing to sacrifice our Children in that War, even though we were “lied and misled” into that War; even though 3,000 American citizens were killed under very mysterious circumstances on 9/11, whereby low heat burning jet fuel that CANNOT melt construction steel, that CANNOT turn millions of tons of steel beams, concrete, metal piping and metal office equipment into dust, powder and tiny pieces of metal; that CANNOT make 3,000 human bodies simply disappear and which CANNOT make 3 tall, high rise steel/ concrete constructed buildings fall to the ground, all in exactly the very same way, in 10 seconds, 8 seconds and 6.5 seconds.
(4) This is what our Government and our National News Media told us. This is what we believe with NO questions asked, NO demand for the TRUTH, NO Independent Congressional Investigation but, instead, a 9/11 Commission, whose Chairman was “hand picked” by Pres. Bush, essentially like what was done with the JFK Assassination, when Pres. Lyndon Johnson “hand picked” the Warren Commission, which was meant to cover up the truth and mislead the Nation in dealing with the murder of JFK.
(5) All this, even though the 9/11 attacks became the “New Pearl Harbor,”the “Call to WAR” in the Mideast that would commit this Nation to WAR for the next 19 years with NO END in sight, raping this Nation’s treasury, further destroying the Nation’s economy, establishing the PATRIOT ACT and the NATIONAL DEFENSE AUTHORIZATION ACT, which have eroded this Nation’s Liberties and Freedoms and further moving this Nation closer to that of a TOTALITARIAN STATE.
[III] A NATION THAT ASKS NO QUESTIONS AND DEMANDS NO TRUTH FROM ITS GOVERNMENT IS A NATION THAT WILL LOOSE ITS LIBERTIES, ITS FREEDOMS AND THE FUTURE SECURITY OF ITS CHILDREN.
(1) As a nation of people, this is who we are!! This is how we think!! This is what we do as “PATRIOTIC” Americans. We believe in or ignore the lies, falsehoods and disinformation from our Government and its leaders. We commit our Children to WARS that we are lied and misled into fighting!! We allow our Government to avoid issuing a national DRAFT by allowing it to use a BACKDOOR DRAFT, whereby the National Guard is sent to fight in a foreign War. We ask NO questions and demand NO truth from our Government, our political leaders or our privately owned National News Media that supports Wars this Nation is LIED and misled into:
(a) Even though all of our 2016 Presidential candidates have told us that our Government “lies to the people, steals from the people cheats the people, is controlled by corporate interests and is a broken Government.”
(2) This is the “Government,” the 561 people located in Washington, DC, who essentially rule over this Nation, that Americans trust and will fight and die for, who will give up their Children to fight in their Government “created” Wars. People do not realize that one’s Country and one’s Government are NOT the same thing. Your “Country” is the land you live on. Your “Government” consists of one or more PEOPLE who “control and rule” over those people who live on the land they call their Country. Countries do NOT send people to WAR. Governments create WARS and use the people they “control and rule over” to fight in their Government “created” WARS.
(3) How much “better” are we, as citizens, than were the German people who allowed themselves to be misled and lied into Wars by Adolf Hitler; Who gave up their Children to fight and die in Hitler’s wars; Who asked NO questions and demanded NO truth from the Nazi Government; Who gave up their Freedoms, their Liberties and who sacrificed the future of their Children by thinking that they were showing Love for their Country by being “PATRIOTIC” to Hitler’s Nazi Government?
[IV] AMERICA – A NATION FOLLOWING IN THE FOOTSTEPS OF THE GERMAN PEOPLE WHO LOST THEIR LIBERTIES AND FREEDOMS TO ADOLF HITLER’S NAZI FASCIST, TOTALITARIAN REGIME.
(1) How much better are we, as American citizens, than the German people were, as citizens, who allowed Hitler to come to power? We are “NO BETTER” than they were. We are following right in their footsteps. As American citizens, we are now becoming who they were.
(2) If Adolf Hitler had never appeared upon the historical scene until now and was running as a Presidential candidate, there are enough Americans who, today, would rally behind his candidacy:
(a) And he would be telling the American people “how he would make America great again, how he would build the Military to be the strongest in the world, how other countries would fear America, how he would ban various people from the country, how he would consider using any weapons necessary to win wars, how the existing Government is rigged, how he is the voice of the people and that only he can fix the problems facing America.”
(3) These are exactly the things that Hitler told the German people. These are his EXACT WORDS. But he never did tell the German people HOW he was going to do all that he promised them and they NEVER ASKED him!! This cost the German people their Liberties, their Freedoms, their lives, their children’s future, their place in history and their humanity in the eyes of the world and it cost the lives of over 70,000,000 people.
