{A} LYING TO AND MISLEADING THE AMERICAN PEOPLE IN DEALING
WITH THE TRUTH CONCERNING THE ASSASSINATION OF JFK.
(1) For those of us who have done the solid, factual, deep
research into the murder of JFK, it is disheartening and
beyond offensive to see how honesty, integrity, commitment
and the establishment of the TRUTH have all been so completely
compromised by those “Coincidence Theorists,” as well as our
National News Media, who have continue to lie, mislead and
misinform the American people by presenting inaccurate,
incomplete, false, misleading and altered information
concerning the assassination of President Kennedy.
(2) For those “Coincidence Theorists” as well as the great
majority of our National News Media, the assassination of
JFK was and is a very simple event to explain – Lee Harvey
Oswald killed President Kennedy. Their “Modus Operandi”
is based upon a massive set of disconnected, unrelated
events that all “coincidentally” just happened to come
together at the same moment in time in Dallas, Texas on
November 22, 1963.
(3) These “Coincidence theorists” claim that anyone who
cannot accept their point of view, does so because “these
people” cannot accept that a”crazy lone nut,” who wanted
to make a name for himself in the history books, could
kill President Kennedy. They argue that “Conspiracy
Theorists” need to believe in “conspiracies” in order
to understand and to give a reason, an explanation
for this American and World History changing event.
(4) Although the Warren Commission Report consisted of 27
volumes, containing over 10 million words and 20,000 pages,
it is interesting to note that:
(a) within “72 hours” of the release of this Report, just
about every National News Media outlet, as well as those
prominent Warren Commission “supporters” fully accepted
and endorsed the findings and conclusions of the Warren
Commission that Lee Harvey Oswald, acting all alone, was
the “probable” murderer of JFK and police officer
Jefferson Davis Tippet.
(b) It strains the realm of all logic, all reason and all
truth to the point of absolute ABSURDITY to believe that
any single person, any group of people or any agency could
possibly have carefully read, researched and verified the
findings within the Warren Commission’s 27 volume report
consisting of over 10 million words and 20,000 pages and
be able to do it within 72 hours, let alone days or even
weeks.
(5) The actions of our National News Media, both then and
now, indicate that it has been and is derelict in its duty
to serve the National Interest and to report the Truth to
the American people, thereby protecting the liberties and
freedoms of this Nation.
(6) The actions of those “Coincidence Theorists” have allowed
for the dissemination of false and misleading information that
has allowed this nation to be taken to WAR for 26+ years and
counting since 1963. Their belief that the murder of JFK, RFK
and MLK, which changed the course of American and world history,
was the result of nothing more than a “misfortunate” set of
COINCIDENCES, has compromised the present and future security
of our children and theirchildren for generations to come.
{B} EXAMINING SOME EXAMPLES OF THE LIES, FALSEHOODS, DISTORTIONS
AND DISINFORMATION THAT HAVE MISLED THE AMERICAN PEOPLE IN DEALING
WITH THE MURDER OF JFK.
[I] THE WARREN COMMISSION WAS ESTABLISHED BASED UPON THE
COMMISSION OF A “CRIMINAL ACT,” WHICH VIOLATED THE
CONSTITUTIONAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF TEXAS.
(1) In 1963 the Assassination of a U.S. President was NOT a
Federal Crime. Therefore, if a President were to be murdered
within the U.S., the STATE within which he was murdered, had
full responsibility and legal jurisdiction over the investigation,
the autopsy and the trial in dealing with a President’s murder.
(2) Therefore, since President Kennedy was murdered in Dallas,
Texas, the State of Texas was legally in charge of dealing with
the murder of JFK.
(3) When “new” President Lyndon Johnson took over the investigation
of JFK’s murder by issuing Executive order #11130, which established
the “hand picked” Warren Commission, he committed a “criminal act” by
violating the Constitutional Laws of the State of Texas.
(4) This illegally formed “Presidential Commission” which violated
the very LAWS of the STATE of Texas:
(a) had NO legal, judicial power to determine guilt or innocence.
(b) had NO legal judicial power to subpoena or grant immunity to anyone.
(c) had “3” of its 7 members who DISAGREED with the findings of their
own REPORT, that Lee Harvey Oswald acted “all alone” in killing JFK.
(5) Yet this Government and its National News Media had NO problem with
any of this, questioned NONE of this and did NOT seek to establish the
TRUTH concerning any of this.
[II] THE CLAIMS THAT “APPLE TO APPLE” SIMULATIONS OF RIFLE TESTS PROVE
THAT LEE HARVEY OSWALD WAS CAPABLE OF SUCCESSFULLY SHOOTING AND
KILLING JFK.
(1) A number of documentaries on such stations as the History Channel,
Nova, etc. have conducted simulated rifle shooting tests which they
claim are “apple to apple”simulations of what Oswald accomplished
in Dealey Plaza in killing JFK. Often, they place a “professional
rifle expert” in a “tower” with a rifle “similar” to the rifle that
Oswald was supposed to have used.
(a) The Target (JFK’s head) is often simulated by using a “Large
Bulls Eye” type of target that is way larger than JFK’s head. This
“Bulls Eye Target” is either a “stationary target” or placed in a
rolling cart that moves on a railroad type track.
(b) The “professional shooter” usually from the Military or the IRA,
then takes aim and when ready, fires 3 or 4 shots at this target.
(c) We are then told that because this “professional rifle expert”
was able to hit the “Bulls Eye” Target, this proves that Oswald was
also “capable ” of having successfully been able to kill JFK.
(2) This completely “unscientific” rifle shooting test strains the
realm of all Logic and Reason to the point of absolute ABSURIDITY.
The only way one could do an “APPLE to APPLE” test of the shooting
of JFK in Dealey Plaza would be to:
(a) raise Lee Harvey Oswald and JFK from the DEAD.
(b) give Oswald the SAME rifle with the same bullets.
(c) put Oswald at same 6th floor window of the Depository Building.
(d) put JFK in the SAME motorcar with Jackie Kennedy sitting at his
side.
(e) put John Connally and his wife in the jump seats in front of JFK
(f) have the SAME SS Agent William Greer drive the SAME motorcar at
the SAME speed with SS Agent Roy Kellerman sitting next to him
(g) gather over 400 people to stand around, cheering in Dealey Plaza,
as JFK’s motorcar moves down Elm Street.
(3) When you change just ONE variable in the shooting of JFK,
you ALTER the validity of the results of the test. Any
HONEST researcher who has Integrity and a Commitment to
establishing the TRUTH knows this and would never try to
claim that altering the variables of a test would result
in an HONEST, TRUTHFUL outcome. One would only claim this
to be a valid test, if one sought to mislead and misinform
the public and alter the TRUTH.
[III] THE OVERWHELMING REACTION OF POLICE OFFICERS AND EYE
WITNESSES IN DEALEY PLAZA AT THE TIME OF THE SHOOTING OF
JFK, WAS TOWARDS THE GRASSY KNOLL AND NOT TOWARDS THE BOOK
DEPOSITORY BUILDING.
(1) Many Coincidence Theorists have claimed that the great
majority of witnesses in Dealey Plaza believed that the shots
fired at JFK came from the Book Depository Bldg and NOT from
the Grassy Knoll as the “Conspiracy Theorists” have claimed.
(2) The murder of JFK was the most photographed and the most
witnessed murder in modern American history!! There were at
least 3 known films taken of JFK’s assassination including
that of Abraham Zapruder, Orville Nix and Charles Bronson.
Also, there were over 500 photographs taken in Dealey Plaza
before, during and after JFK’s assassination. Many of the
cameras and films taken by witnesses were confiscated
by the FBI and never returned to their owners.
(3) As Mark Lane so adeptly points out in his book, “Rush to
Judgment,” there were over 400 eye witnesses in Dealey Plaza
when JFK was murdered:
(a) Of these witnesses, the names of 266 witnesses were taken.
Of that number, 259 witnesses gave testimony. Of that number,
90 witnesses were asked where they thought the shots came from.
Of that number, 58 witnesses said that they believed the shots
came from the Grassy Knoll.
(b) Of the 32 witnesses who did NOT put the shots at the Grassy
knoll, 13 of them were officials and their wives who were in
the motorcade, which was a great disadvantage because of the
echoes created by the gun shots in Dealey Plaza, 5 witnesses
were under the age of 5 and 2 witnesses said that they heard
NO SHOTS.
(c) Therefore, the number of witnesses who were NOT in the
motorcade itself, who were above 5 years of age and who said
they heard shot fired comes to 12 of the 32 witnesses who did
not place the shots at the Grassy Knoll.
(4) Of 29 important witnesses who were standing within 30 feet
of where JFK was shot:
(a) only 6 were called before the Warren Commission and 23 of
these important witnesses were totally IGNORED by the Warren
Commission.
(b) Ninety-two out of 124 witnesses in Dealey Plaza said that
immediately after the shots were fired at JFK, they ran to or
looked towards the Grassy Knoll because they believed that the
shots fired at JFK came from the Grassy Knoll.
(5) Police Officers B.J.Martins and Robert Hargis were riding on
their motorcycles to the left rear side of JFK’s motorcar.
Immediately after JFK was hit in the head, they claimed that
they were splattered with blood and brain tissue that came over
the LEFT side of the motorcar.They believed that the head shot
that killed JFK came from the Grassy Knoll.
(6) Police Officer Joseph Smith was standing on the corner of
Houston and Elm Street, across from the Depository Bldg. When
the shots were fired he ran, NOT to the Depository Bldg. but to
the Grassy Knoll, because he believed that the shots came from
there. He said that two men showed him Secret Service ID when
he confronted them behind the Grassy Knoll.
(7) Police Officer Clyde Haygood drove his motorcycle to the steps
in front of the Grassy Knoll and ran up the stairs to go behind the
Grassy Knoll, because he believed that shots came from there. He also
said that he was shown Secret Service ID by men behind the Grassy Knoll.
(8) Deputy Seymour Weitzman was standing at the triple underpass by
the Grassy Knoll when the shots were fired. He stated that he went
up to and behind the Grassy Knoll because he thought shot came from
there. When he got behind the Grassy Knoll he claims that he helped
Secret Service agents look for evidence.
(9) Chief of Dallas Police, Jessy Curry was in the police car just ahead
of JFK’ motorcar. When the shots were fired at JFK, he ordered police
officers to “get behind “that Grassy Knoll area!!”
(10) So the reaction of not only a great majority of witnesses in Dealey
Plaza but also of experienced police officers, who were familiar with
gun fire, was that they believed the shots that were fired at JFK came
from the Grassy Knoll and NOT from the Book Depositary Bldg.
(11) Also, although police officers claimed that Secret Service Agents
were behind the Grassy Knoll immediately after JFK was murdered, there
were NEVER any SECRET SERVICE AGENTS assigned to be at or behind the
Grassy Knoll on November 22, 1963!! So who were these men who were
showing Secret Service Identification to Dallas Police Officers?
[IV] THE TRUTH ABOUT THE ITALIAN MADE MANNLICHER-CARRCANO RIFLE THAT
WAS “USED” TO ASSASSINATE JFK.
(1) Within less than an hour after JFK was Murdered, a rifle was
found hidden behind some boxes on the Southwest corner of the 6th
floor of the Depository BLDG., which was completely on the other
side of the 6th floor from where the shots were supposed to have
been fired.
(2) So whoever fired the shots from the Southeast corner of
the 6th floor took the “time” to walk or run all the way to
the Southwest side of the 6th floor in order to hide the rifle.
The rifle was discovered by Deputy Seymour Weitzman, and police
officers Eugene Boone and Luke Mooney. These police officers,
who were familiar with firearms, identified the rifle as a “7.65
German Mauser” and for the next 20 hours the rifle was
identified as such, a 7.65 German Mauser.
(3) When it was announced that Oswald was alleged to have owned
an “Italian made 6.5 Mannlicher-Carcanno rifle,” the identity
of the rifle suddenly was changed from a 7.65 German Mauser
to the Italian made 6.5 Mannlicher-Carcanno rifle. It was
explained that the 3 police officers had simply made a mistake
in identifying the rifle.
(4) The problem with this excuse is that the Italian made rifle
had a metal stamp on it, which properly displayed not only the
serial number, C2766, but also the year it was made, 1940, the
caliber 6.5 and the posting, “Made in Italy.” There is NO WAY
that anyone looking at this rifle could NOT have seen these
markings and then mistakenly identified this Italian made rifle
as a German made 7.5mm rifle, especially 3 experienced police
officers.
(5) The “Oswald rifle” was given to FBI rifle expert Robert Fraiser
in order for him to conduct tests with the rifle and then give
a report back to the Warren Commissionon the results of the tests.
But what FBI agent Fraiser found concerning the condition of the
Rifle was nothing short of incredible:
(a) Agent Fraiser found the “firing pin” of the rifle was RUSTED
and he feared that if he fired the rifle, it could possibly explode
in his face.
(b) He found that the “bolt” of the rifle was “pitted” in 9 places
and would often get stuck, when he tried to pull back on the Bolt.
(c) The 4x powered scope on the rifle was installed for a LEFT HANDED
rifleman, (Oswald was RIGHT Handed) Also. the scope was not “fitted
tightly” onto the rifle and instead “flopped” back and forth on the
rifle.
(d) The scope was also “off” by .013 degrees, which meant that
if one aimed through the scope and fired, the bullet would
be “off target” by 13 feet to one side.
(e) In addition, the trigger of the rifle was a “2 stage” trigger,
which made the trigger “more difficult” to properly squeeze in
order to get off a properly controlled shot.
(6) When FBI agent Frasier reported all of this information
about the “rifle” to the Warren Commission, he was told to
“FIX” the rifle in order to get it into “proper firing
condition,” then test the rifle and give his report about
the rifle to the Commission.
(7) Here we have one of the “BEST” rifle experts in the FBI
who feared for his safety in testing the same rifle that the
American people were told worked perfectly well in taking the
life of JFK, who found the rifle to be in such POOR condition
that he refused to test it out of fear for his safely and was
told to FIX IT in order to get it in “proper working condition”
in order to test, the SAME rifle that worked perfectly for
“Lee Harvey OSWALD” on November 22, 1963.
[V] THE WELL RESEARCHED, FACT BASED TRUTH ABOUT LEE HARVEY OSWALD –
“THE CRAZY LONE NUT ASSASSIN OF JFK.”
(1) From the very beginning, the “Coincidence Theorists” and the
National News Media portrayed Oswald as a very disturbed young man,
who ultimately sought the fame, the recognition he so desperately
wanted and needed by assassinating JFK.
(2) The reality of this is that the public was not told the Truth
about who and what Lee Harvey was to the military and some very
powerful government agencies, something that even the Warren
Commission members were aware of and who did much to keep such
devastating information from the American people.
(3) When Oswald entered the U.S. Marines at the age of 17, he
impressed his superiors with a high enough level of intelligence
that he was sent to the Navel Air Technology Training Center in
Jacksonville, Florida for special training as a radar technician,
which was an achievement in itself to be singled out by the
military for air technology training at such a young age.
(4) In August, 1957, Oswald was sent to and assigned to the U.S.M.C.
Air Control Squadron #1 at Atsugi, Japan, which was one of the
most highly secretive military bases at the time for staging
secretive U-2 reconnaissance aircraft flights over Russia,
China and North Korea at that time. Only the most TRUSTED
radar technicians were given “clearance” to be assigned to,
trained and stationed at Atsugi. Oswald was later sent to
Cubi Point, another secretive U-2 air base in the Philippines.
(5) Finally, in 1958, Oswald was sent to the El Toro Marine base
in California where he was given “advanced radar intelligence
training” and where he continued to study the Russian language.
His superior, Lt. John Donavan, had stated that Oswald was
aware of all the flight codes of those military planes
stationed at the El Toro Marine Base on the west coast.
(6) Here we have a young man who has been portrayed as a crazy
lone nut mental case, but our military found this man to be so
intelligent and so mentally fit that he had the highest clearance
to be sent for special military training and for the study of
Russian at some of the most highly secretive military bases
that this Government had at that time.
(7) Anyone who believes that all this was just a failure of
the military to do its job of policing its military personnel
or that all this was just a disconnected, unrelated set of
coincidences, must still believe in the “TOOTH FAIRY.”
(8) What we are dealing with here is the protection of the
Liberties, Freedoms and Security of the American people and
their children, through the establishment of the WHOLE TRUTH
surrounding the murder of a President of the United States,
an event that changed the course of American and World History
and which committed this Nation to a 12+ year war in Southeast
Asia.
(9) The American people have been told over and over again that
Oswald was a Russian sympathizer who sought to obtain Russian
citizenship and who ultimately, defected to Russia. But it is
interesting to note that Oswald NEVER gave up his American
citizenship.
(10) It is further interesting to note that after being given
the highest clearance to be stationed and trained in “advanced
radar technology” at highly secretive military air bases, when
he suddenly applied for an honorable discharge from the military
for hardship reasons, he was given his discharge within a speedy
17 days, without having to supply any documentation to the military
to support his claim of hardship. And when Oswald comes back to the
U.S., he is never met for debriefing or questioning by the military,
the FBI or the CIA.
(11) Anyone who is familiar with or who has done deep research on Covert/
Black operations of the Military/Intelligence Complex, would be aware
of the signs, of the red flags that constitutes a Military/Intelligence
Black Operation going down, concerning Lee Harvey Oswald.
(12) Conveniently, when Oswald went to Russia, having gotten out
of the Military so quickly, the U.S./Russian Summit Meeting between
President. Eisenhower and Prime Minister Khrushchev was nearing,
whereby each was seeking to establish a ‘DETENTE” between the two
nations, something the Military/Intelligence Complex was
completely opposed to.
(13) The question that must be asked is this: Was Oswald, who had
been trained in advanced Radar technology and in Russian at highly
secretive U-2 Air Bases, sent to Russia in order to give the Russians
the technology to take down a U-2 flight in order to destroy any
establishment of Détente between the U.S. and Russia, which was so
vehemently opposed to, by the Military / Intelligence Complex?
(14) Francis Gary Powers, the U-2 pilot whose U-2 plane was shot
down by the Russians thought so, claiming the when he was being
interrogated by the Russians, he saw Oswald standing in a doorway,
watching him (Powers) being interrogated. It was the shoot down of
Power’s U-2 airplane that, in fact, destroyed the U.S./ Russian
Summit meeting and continued the U.S./Russian COLD WAR for years
to come. Interesting that Francis Gary Powers was later killed in
a plane crash under mysterious conditions.
[VI] THE CLAIMS THAT THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE THAT JACK RUBY WAS CONNECTED
TO ORGANIZED CRIME OR THAT HE WAS PART OF A CONSPIRACY TO KILL LEE
HARVEY OSWALD.
(1) On the front page of the December 8th, 1939 edition of the Chicago
Tribune, there appeared a news article concerning the murder of Mr.
Leon Cook, the Secretary/Treasurer of the Chicago Waste Handler’s
Union. On the second page was a picture of Jack Ruby who was
arrested by the Chicago Police on suspicion of murdering Mr.
Cook.
(2) The charges were later dropped by the Chicago Police Dept.
for lack of sufficient evidence. It was after this, that Jack
Ruby later became the new Secretary/ Treasurer of the Chicago
Waste Handler’s Union. The Chicago State Attorney General’s
Office later confiscated the Charter of the Waste Handler’s
Union and found that it was not a Union at all, but instead,
was a front for Organized Crime in Chicago.
(3) Jack Ruby was known to be a bag man for the Al Capone crime
syndicate in Chicago and later was sent to Dallas to oversee Mafia
interests in Dallas. In 1959, Ruby visited Cuba as a guest of Meyer
Lansky, with all expenses paid.
(4) In 1947, Richard Nixon was a member of the House Un-American
Activities Committee and as a member of that Congressional committee,
Nixon had a working relationship with Mr. Jack Ruby, who was an
informant to Nixon, while he was on that committee. When Nixon
saw Jack Ruby kill Oswald on T.V., he stated that Ruby had been
a long time associate of Lyndon Johnson.
(5) Witnesses had stated that Ruby had been seen in the company of
Lyndon Johnson on various occasions. In fact, Johnson’s mistress,
Madeleine Brown, had stated that she had seen Johnson in the company
of Jack Ruby at the Adolphus Hotel in Dallas only months before the
assassination of JFK.
(6) In 1950, Jack Ruby was an informant to the Sen. Kefauver committee
which was investigating organized crime and it came to be known by the
committee that Ruby was a high ranking Mafia lieutenant who was positioned
in Dallas to serve the interests of Chicago’s organized crime syndicate.
(7) In 1975, a letter was found, which was written by FBI Director J. Edgar
Hoover to Warren Commission chief Counsel Lee J. Rankin, stating that
the Dallas FBI Office had contacted Jack Ruby on 8 occasions for possibly
serving as an FBI informant.Hoover later admitted that Ruby was, in fact,
a paid FBI informant, having met with FBI agent Charles Flynn at least
9 times.
(8) From all solid, available, fact based research, Jack Ruby was a
TRIPLE AGENT- a paid informant for the FBI, an anti-Castro gun runner
for the CIA, as well as a high ranking Lieutenant for organized crime
in Dallas.
(9) On June 7, 1964, while imprisoned in Dallas, Jack Ruby met with
Chief Justice Earl Warren, Rep. Gerald Ford, Leon Jaworski, Joseph
Ball and Arlen Specter. Ruby begged and pleaded to be “taken out of
Dallas, that he wanted to tell the truth about what he knew concerning
what took place in Dallas, but he could not tell it here in Dallas
because his life was in danger.”
(10) Chief Justice Earl Warren told Ruby that “if he felt that his life
was in danger, that he should not tell what he knew.” Not one of these
men who met with Ruby were at all interested in hearing what Ruby had
to say concerning the assassination of the President of the United
States.
(11) In a previous interview with three news reporters which can be seek
on the internet, Jack Ruby stated:
(1) “The people who put me in the position I am in will never let the
truth come above board,. A whole new form of Government is going to
take over this country and I will not live to see it.”
(12) Jack Ruby was stating the he was part of a CONSPIRACY to kill
both JFK and Lee Harvey Oswald, that he knew those who were involved
in this CONSPIRACY and that a whole NEW Government is going to “take
over control” of this Country.
(13) Yet with Jack Ruby’s admission that he was part of a CONSPIRACY
to kill the President of the United States and Lee Harvey Oswald,
neither the Warren Commission, NEW President Lyndon Johnson nor the
National News Media were at all interested in what Jack Ruby had to
say.
[VII] THE “COINCIDENCE THEORISTS, ALONG WITH THIS GOVERNMENT AND
THIS NATION’S PRIVATELY OWNED NATIONAL NEWS MEDIA HAVE NEVER BEEN
NOR ARE THEY NOW INTERESTED IN ESTABLISHING THE TRUTH FOR THE
AMERICAN PEOPLE, CONCERNING THE ASSASSINATION OF JFK.
(1) All the above information is just some of the massive, well
researched information that is NEVER reported to the American people
by the “COINCIDENCE THEORISTS” or by our privately owned National News
Media. Any information that threatens the claims of the Coincidence
theorists that JFK, RfK or MLK were killed by crazy lone nuts has been
and will be attacked as the crazy claims of “Conspiracy theorists” who
simply cannot accept the fact that the act of a madman, acting alone,
can change the leadership of a Nation.
(2) It did not and even today still does not matter to our Government
and our National News Media that, when JFK was assassinated on November
22, 1963:
(a) the Executive Branch of the United States Government was overthrown
by a POWERFUL Conspiracy to kill the President of the United States
and replace him with a New President.
(b) that this assassination was carried out in order to take this Nation
to War in Southeast Asia, a War that would, ultimately, last for over 12
years, with massive profits going to the Military/Industrial/ Intelligence
Complex that President Eisenhower warned this Nation about in his Farewell
Address over 53 years ago.
(c) that the WAR in Southeast Asia was, also, a massive $60,000,000
CIA Drug Running Operations, coming out of Southeast Asia’s “GOLDEN
TRIANGLE,” with those drugs being sent to major cities throughout
the Western World.
As a Nation, if we adults allow our children to live with lies and
falsehoods, concerning this Nation’s history, then we have, utterly,
corrupted the Past, the Present and the Future for our children
and their children for generations to come. Our young people
deserve a better heritage and a more secure future than this.
