[I] THE JUDICIAL, DEMOCRATIC BELIEF THAT “ONE IS INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN
GUILTY.”
(1) A major legal cornerstone of any Democracy rests upon the legal
acceptance, the legal belief that any person who is charged with the
commission of a crime is “INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY.”
(2) But in the case of Lee Harvey Oswald:
a. The Warren Commission, the Justice Department, the FBI, the Secret
Service, the CIA, the Dallas Police Department and the National News
Media all acted as both judge and jury against Oswald:
b. and in doing so they violated every legal right and protection
granted to Oswald under the laws of the United States Constitution,
its Bill of Rights and under this Nation’s legal judicial system.
(3) For three days, from the time Oswald was arrested to the time he
was murdered in the basement of the Dallas Police Station, with over
70 police officers looking on, Oswald was DENIED legal councel,
although he continually asked for someone to come forward and
legally represent him.
(4) Within an hour of Oswald’s arrest, spokesmen for the Dallas Police
Department were claiming to the public that Lee Harvey Oswald was the
ASSASSIN of President Kennedy and that he acted alone.
(5) Almost immediately, the National News Media outlets were broadcasting
to the public that Lee Harvey Oswald was the lone assassin who killed JFK
and that there was NO indication that others were involved in the murder
of the President of the United States.
(6) After Oswald was murdered and the Warren Commission had been “hand
picked” by “new” President Lyndon Johnson, Deputy Attorney General Nicholas
Katzenback issued a message to all the members of the Warren Commission
which said:
“The Public must be satisfied that Oswald was the lone assassin, that there
were no confederates who are still at large and that the evidence was such
that Oswald would have been convicted at trial…Speculation about Oswald’s
motivation has to be cut off…We need something to head off public speculation
or Congressional hearings of the wrong sort.”
(7) Director of the FBI, J. Edgar Hoover stated in a recently revealed internal
FBI memo:
“The thing I am concerned about, and so is Mr. Katzenback, is having something
issued so we can convince the public that Oswald is the real assassin.”
(8) Based upon the statements made by both Deputy Attorney General, Nicholas
Katzenback and FBI Director, J. Edgar Hoover, it is clear that a movement was
in place NOT to seek evidence to establish the TRUTH in dealing with the murder
of JFK, but to seek to establish “evidence” against Oswald in order to convince
the American people that Lee Harvey Oswald was the “crazy lone nut” assassin
of President Kennedy and NO CONSPIRACY existed to kill either man.
(9) Had Lee Harvey Oswald NOT been murdered, there was an extremely high legal
possibility that Oswald could NOT have been brought to trial because his defense
lawyers could have claimed that Oswald could never have been able to receive a
FAIR TRIAL because of all the NEGATIVE pre-trial publicity portraying Oswald as
the “crazy lone nut” ASSASSIN of JFK.
[II] LEE HARVEY OSWALD HAS BEEN PORTRAYED AS A TROUBLED, DERANGED, LONE NUT
MISFIT BUT THE MILITARY / INTELLIGENCE COMPLEX FOUND OSWALD TO BE SOUND, SOBER
AND INTELLIGENT ENOUGH TO GIVE HIM HIGH CLEARANCE TO BE TRAINED AT HIGH LEVEL
MILITARY BASES.
(1) For the past 54 years, the American people have been saturated with Oswald
being portrayed as a very disturbed young man who, ultimately, sought the fame
and recognition he so desperately wanted and needed by killing JFK.
(2) But the American people were never told the TRUTH about how the Military/
Intelligence Complex found Oswald to be sound, sober and intelligent enough
that he qualified for being given a high clearance to be sent to high level
military bases for his military training.
(3) After Oswald enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps in Oct. 1956 at the age
of 17, he so impressed his superiors that he was sent to the Naval Air
Technology Training Center in Jacksonville, Florida, for special training
in “RADAR RECONNAISSANCE TECHNOLOGY,” which was a high level achievement
for someone to be singled out by the Military for such training at such
a young age.
(4) In August, 1957, Oswald was assigned to the U.S.M.C. Air Squadron #1
at ATSUGI AIR BASE in Japan, which was one of the most secretive high level
Military bases at that time for staging secretive U-2 Air Reconnaissance
Flights over Russia, China and North Korea.
a. Only the most trusted radar technicians were given such high level
clearance to be assigned, trained and stationed at ATSUGI. And it was
at ATSUGI that Oswald began to study and learn the Russian language.
b. For a member of the military with such high level clearance, to be
studying Russian at one of the most secretive air bases in the Military,
without raising the interest of one’s superiors or Military security,
indicates that a “military mission” was in the process of being put in
place.
c. Oswald was later sent to Cubi Point, another high level secretive U-2
Air Base located in the Philippines, again, which showed the high level
interest the Military / Intelligence Complex had towards Oswald.
(5) In June, 1958, Oswald was sent to EL TORO MARINE BASE in California,
where he was given “ADVANCED RADAR INTELLIGENCE TRAINING” and where he
continued to study and learn the Russian language.
a. His superior at El Toro, Lt. John Donovan had indicated that Oswald was
trained for and aware of all the FLIGHT CODES of all the Military airplanes
stationed at El Toro Air Base and on the West Coast.
(6) In September, 1957, Oswald, who was given the occupational specialty of
AVIATION ELECTRONICS OPERATOR was sent to Atsugi Air Base for a “second time,”
for continued Radar Reconnaissance training.
(7) There has been disagreement among researchers in dealing with a document,
a memo, known as “The McCone / Rowley Document” that was supposed to have been
written by CIA Director, John McCone to Secret Service Director, James J. Rowley
in March, 1964 indicating that:
a. “Lee Harvey Oswald was sent for training and indoctrination at CAMP PEARY
NAVAL RESERVATION CENTER in Virginia, a known CIA INTERRIGATION TRAINING
FACILITY in Sept, 1958.”
b. If this document is authentic, it would heavily “add” to the existing real
and circumstantial evidence that Lee Harvey Oswald was trained both by the
Military / Intelligence Complex and the CIA, itself.
c. Although the Document / Memo has been attacked as being a “FAKE,” a False
Flag put out to mislead the public, it is also common Military / Intelligence
procedure to institute what is known as “PLAUSIBLE DENIAL” used to “deny or
refute” any type of evidence that would expose or jeopardize any secret
activity or Black Covert Operations that would violate the very Laws of
the United States Constitution.
(8) The idea, that this man who was so trusted by this Nation’s Military /
Intelligence Complex that he was given special, advanced military training
and such high level “CONFIDENTIAL MILITARY” clearance at some of the most
important U.S. Secretive Military Bases, would suddenly become an unstable,
deranged, crazy, lone nut misfit, who killed the President of the United
States to impress his wife and get his name into the history books:
“STRAINS THE REALM OF ALL LOGIC, ALL REASON AND ALL TRUTH TO THE POINT OF
ABSOLUTE ABSURDITY.”
[III] LEE HARVEY OSWALD’S CONNECTIONS TO THE FBI AND THE CIA.
(1) The Warren Commission, which was founded upon the commission of an illegal
act which violated the Constitutional Laws of the State of Texas, was fully
aware of the claims that Oswald had a working relationship with the FBI,
serving as an undercover informant with the Code Number 179 and a salary
of $200 per month.
(2) In fact, a transcript that had been classified “Top Secret” for 11 years
indicated that “on January 22, 1964, in a closed meeting of the Warren Commission
members, Lee J. Rankin, General Counsel for the W.C. stated “that Texas Attorney
General, Waggoner Carr, told him that information exists that Oswald was an FBI
undercover informant with an FBI Code # 179. and a salary of $200 per month.”
(3) The Warren Commission members who were aware of Oswald’s FBI connections
included Lee J. Rankin, Hale Boggs, Gerald Ford (who would later become President),
and Allen Dulles, the former Director of the CIA who was fired by JFK for the
failed CIA planned “Bay of Pigs” Cuban invasion.
(4) The Warren Commission members decided to withhold this information from the
American people and sought to discredit any rumors about Oswald’s connections
to the FBI.
(5) The Warren Commission was also aware of the fact that there existed a CIA
201 file dealing with Lee Harvey Oswald. Again, the W.C. members decided that
the American people could NOT be told that the alleged assassin of JFK was
employed by both the CIA and the FBI, because this would cause deep suspicion
on the part of the American people that the CIA and the FBI were involved in
the assassination of an American President.
(6) There are those who would argue that the existence of a CIA 201 file
could indicate that a person was either a “person of interest” or an
employee of the CIA and based upon what was found in Oswald’s 201 file,
Oswald was NOT an employee of the CIA.
a. But anyone who understands the inner workings of the Military / Intelligence
Complex would be fully aware that the CIA 201 file on Oswald would have been
completely SANITIZED, with NOTHING left in the file to connect Oswald to the
CIA. To believe otherwise would be analogous to believing in the “TOOTH FAIRY.”
(7) So here we have Lee Harvey Oswald, who has been portrayed as the “crazy
lone nut, misfit assassin of JFK:
a. was trained at high clearance level Secret Military bases
b. was learning Russian at these secret bases without attracting
the attention of his Superiors or Military Security.
.
c. had an FBI Code Number 179 and an FBI salary of $200 per month
as an undercover informant for the FBI.
d. had a CIA 201 file, which indicated at the very least, a connection
to the CIA if not actual employment as a CIA asset.
(8) The Warren Commission, which was aware of all of this,, chose NOT to
investigate any of this but instead to cover this information up, explain
it all away and to DISCREDIT anyone who sought to find out and establish
the TRUTH concerning all this information.
[IV] LEE HARVEY OSWALD’S “ALLEGED” DEFECTION TO RUSSIA IN 1959.
(1) In 1959, Oswald applied for and was given a discharge from the United
States Marine Corps. for what was claimed to be a “FAMILY HARDSHIP.”
a. The “Family Hardship” that allowed for Oswald’s honorable discharge
was based upon the claim that Oswald’s Mother had received an “EYE INJURY”
resulting from a shoe box that she was reaching for in her closet having
hit her in her eye.
b. Never in the history of the U.S. Marine Corps was a discharge given
to a Marine so fast (17 days) for such a frivolous claim for a “Family
Hardship.”
c. It was soon after his “Family Hardship Discharge” that Oswald suddenly
denounced his American Citizenship and went to Russia, seeking to obtain
Russian citizenship.
(2) It was only after Oswald’s trip to Russia that for the “first time”
Russia was able to shoot down a secret United States U-2 Airplane flight
over Russia, a feat Russia was never able to do before Oswald’s defection
to Russia.
(3) The great importance of Russia being able to shoot down a U-2 flight
over Russian territory was that this DESTROYED a major Summit meeting set
between President Eisenhower and Russian Prime Minister Nikita Khrushchev,
whereby they were seeking to end the Cold War tensions and establish a
more peaceful relationship between the two countries.
a. This planned “Summit Meeting” sent shock waves through the highest levels
of the Military / Intelligence Complex, which did NOT want DETENTE to be
established between the two countries, because such a condition was a
major threat to the massive “defense budget” of the Military/ Intelligence
Complex and to the massive profits gained by the Weapons Industry.
b. Destroying the planned SUMMIT MEETING was in the best interests of the
Military / Intelligence / Industrial Complex that President Eisenhower
warned the American people about in his Farewell Address in 1960.
(4) Again, keeping in mind that Lee Harvey Oswald:
a. was being trained in ADVANCED RADAR TECHNOLOGY at Secret Military
Bases, where U-2 Flights were being carried out.
b. had a security clearance rated at a “CONFIDENTIAL” clearance level
b. was studying Russian at U.S. Secret Military bases with no
questions being asked by his superiors or by Military Security.
c. knew all the flight codes of all airplanes stationed at El Toro
Marine Base on the West Coast.
d. had an FBI Code Number 179, as an undercover informant and was
on the FBI payroll at $200 per month.
E. had a CIA 201 file, which indicated his connection to the CIA as a
possible CIA asset.
(5) It is NOT an exaggeration to say or at least ask if Oswald, in having
allegedly DEFECTED to Russia, was carrying out a COVERT/ BLACK OPERATION
to give to the Russians the ability to shoot down a U-2 airplane flight
over their territory in order to DESTROY the SUMMIT MEETING that would
continue the COLD WAR between the two countries and protect the massive
Military Defense budgets that brought billions into the hands of the
Military / Industrial / Intelligence Complex.
(6) The U-2 pilot, who was shot down over Russia, Francis Gary Powers,
stated that when he was being interrogated by the Russians, he saw Oswald
standing at the doorway watching him being interrogated.
a. Years later, in 1972, Francis Gary Powers was speaking out publicly
that he believed Lee Harvey Oswald was on a U.S. Military mission in
Russia in order to give to the Russians the ability to shoot down his
U-2 Flight over Russia all to DESTROY the planned SUMMIT MEETING.
Mr. Powers was soon killed in a helicopter crash under very mysterious
circumstances, which were never investigated.
(7) Anyone who has done the deep research into COVERT OPERATIONS of the
Military / Intelligence Complex would be fully aware of the signs of
FALSE FLAG / RED FLAG Operations that constitute a Military / Intelligence
Black Operation going down, concerning Lee Harvey Oswald and his alleged
DEFECTION to Russia, whereby he NEVER gave up his AMERICAN CITIZENSHIP.
[V] THE WARREN COMMISSION WAS FOUNDED UPON THE COMMISSION OF A CRIMINAL ACT.
(1) In 1963, the murder of a U.S. President was NOT a federal crime.
Therefore, if a President was assassinated in a given State, that State
had full, legal jurisdiction over both the body and the ensuing investigation
into the murder of that President.
(2) When President Kennedy was assassinated in Dallas, Texas, the State
of Texas had full, legal jurisdiction over President Kennedy’s body and
had full, legal jurisdiction over the investigation into JFK’s murder.
(3) When the “New Team” of Secret Service agents took control of JFK’s body
and removed it from Parkland Hospital at gunpoint, the Secret Service
violated the Constitutional Laws of the State of Texas, which constituted
the commission a Criminal Act.
(4) When New President, Lyndon Johnson, issued Executive order 11130,
and hand-picked the members of the Warren Commission, which took control
over the body and the investigation into the murder of JFK, this was a
violation the Constitutional Laws of the State of Texas, which constituted
the commission a Criminal Act.
(5) After 9 months of investigation, at a cost of over one million dollars,
the Warren Commission issued a 27 volume report, consisting of over 10
million words, with over 20,000 pages and they came to the same conclusions
that the Dallas Police had reached in 3 days, which was that:
a. Lee Harvey Oswald killed JFK
b. Lee Harvey Oswald killed Officer Jefferson Davis Tippet
c. Jack Ruby killed Lee Harvey Oswald
d. Each man acted alone, NO conspiracy.
(6) But 3 of the 6 Warren Commission members, Senator Richard Russell,
Rep. Hale Boggs and Senator John Sherman Cooper believed that, if
Oswald did kill JFK, he did NOT act alone, which meant that a
CONSPIRACY existed to kill JFK.
a. With a 3 to 3 tie among the Warren Commission members as to whether
a “Conspiracy” existed to kill JFK, it was the vote of Chief Justice
of the Supreme Court, Earl Warren, who voted that Oswald acted “ALL
ALONE” that broke the tie.
b. So based upon a 4 to 3 vote of the Warren Commission members,
the American people were handed a REPORT that claimed that Lee
Harvey Oswald was the “lone nut” assassin of President Kennedy.
(7) Senator Russell had demanded that in the Warren Commission
Report, where the Commission members names are listed, that at
the bottom of that page, his name be listed as having been a
DISSENTING VOTE that Oswald was the lone assassin of JFK.
a. When this was NOT done, in protest, Senator Russell stepped
down as Chairman of the Senate Arms Services Committee.
(8) For years, Representative Hale Boggs was so bothered by the
stated findings of the Warren Commission Report, claiming that
Oswald acted alone in killing JFK, that in 1972, he began calling
for a new investigation into the assassination of JFK.
a. Rep. Boggs was suddenly killed in an airplane crash on a flight
to Alaska and his body and the airplane wreckage were NEVER found.
{VI] EXAMINING THE FALSE CLAIMS OF THE WARREN COMMISSION AND THE
NATIONAL NEWS MEDIA AGAINST LEE HARVEY OSWALD, WHICH PORTRAYED
HIM AS THE LONE NUT ASSASSIN OF JFK.
{A} THE CLAIM THAT OSWALD WENT TO MEXICO CITY SEEKING TO DEFECT
TO RUSSIA OR CUBA AND MAKING THREATS AGAINST THE LIFE OF JFK.
(1) After Oswald was conveniently murdered, the Government, the
CIA, the FBI and the National News Media claimed that in 1963,
Lee Harvey Oswald went to Mexico City and visited both the Cuban
and Russian Embassies seeking Visas to visit Cuba and Russia in
order to give up his American citizenship. It was also claimed
that Oswald made threats to kill JFK.
(2) But there is absolutely NO PROOF, NO pictures, NO visual or
audio proof and NO reliable witnesses that can PROVE that Oswald
ever visited Mexico City as claimed by the FBI, the CIA, the Warren
Commission or the House Select Committee on Assassinations.
a. Witnesses supplied by the Government claiming that Oswald did
visit Mexico City, would NEVER have withstood CROSS EXAMINATION by
Oswald’s defense lawyers, had Oswald lived to stand trial.
(3) In the late 1950’s and 1960’s Mexico City was a haven for CIA
activity, because CIA covert operations, including drug smuggling
operations could be carried out from just outside the United States
borders, without interference from U.S. Laws.
a. Also, the CIA had full control over the Mexico City Police
Department, so there was NO interference from them either.
(4) Ms. Silvia Duran, an employee at the Cuban Embassy was
responsible for all the paperwork required for any type of Visas
to travel to Cuba. When asked, she said that Oswald NEVER met her
at the Cuban Embassy.
(5) This threatened the CIA cover story that Oswald was possibly in
collusion with the Cuban Government or even the Russian Government
to kill JFK, which could be used to threaten any real investigation
to pursue the TRUTH in the murder of JFK by claiming that if Cuba
or Russia got Oswald to kill JFK, it could lead to World War III.
a. It could then be argued that Oswald as a crazy, lone nut was a
better alternative than Nuclear WAR.
(6) Ms Duran was immediately ARRESTED and INTERROGATED by the Mexico
City Police and she was intimidated into signing a paper indicating
that she had in fact met with Lee Harvey Oswald in the Cuban Embassy.
(7) Two pictures that were produced by the FBI / CIA claiming to show
Lee Harvey Oswald in Mexico City were NOT even pictures of Oswald,
but were of some other man. indicating that an attempt was being made
to FRAME Oswald as the man who went to Mexico City.
(8) If Oswald had lived and had his day in court, his lawyers would
have DESTROYED the FAKE charges that he had gone to Mexico City,
sought to, once again, give up his American citizenship and to have
threatened the life of JFK.
{B} THE CLAIM THAT OSWALD BROUGHT A RIFLE TO THE SCHOOL BOOK DEPOSITORY
BUILDING ON NOVEMBER 22 TO KILL JFK.
(1) Only weeks before JFK’s motorcade through Dallas, Oswald was hired
to work at the School Book Depository Building. The job was brought to
Oswald’s attention by Mrs. Ruth Paine who had “befriended” the Oswald
family.
a. A number of researchers have pointed out that there was some indication
that Ruth and her husband Michael were connected to the CIA and that their
mission was to seek to place Oswald in the Book Depository Building, where
shots were going to be suspected as coming from in the murder of JFK.
(2) The Warren Commission claimed that on the day that JFK was killed,
Oswald had brought a rifle wrapped in a package to work and ultimately
used it to kill JFK.
(3) On that day, Oswald, who had a package in his hand, rode to work
with co-worker and driver Buell Wesley Frazier who asked Oswald what
was in the package? Frazier said that Oswald indicated that the package
contained “curtain rods,” which were needed in his new boarding house room
for privacy.
(4) In his testimony Frazier had indicated that the package was about
25 to 27 inches long and Frazier’s sister, Linnie Mae Randle, who also
had seen the package Oswald was carrying “casually in one hand,” indicated
also that the package was about 25 or 26 inches long.
a. The disassembled rifle that Oswald was supposed to have used to kill
JFK was 34.8 inches long, which was over 7 inches LONGER than the package
described by Frazier and his sister.
b. Co-worker Jack Dougherty saw Oswald entering the Depository Building that
day and said that he did NOT see Oswald carrying anything in his hands.
(5) When Oswald’s boarding house room was checked out, it was noted that
the windows did need some kind of curtains to be installed for privacy and
security reasons.
(6) It must be made clear that NO ONE saw Oswald carrying a RIFLE into the
Depository Building and the package he did have that he carried “casually”
in ONE HAND, was 7 inches SHORTER than that of the disassembled Rifle Oswald
was supposed to have used to kill JFK, so based upon mathematics, that package
could NOT have contained the rifle that Oswald was supposed to have owned.
a. Also, the WEIGHT of a Military Rifle would NOT have been easy to have
been casually carried in one hand.
{C} THE CLAIM THAT EYE WITNESSES SAW OSWALD AT THE 6TH FLOOR WINDOW WITH
A RIFLE IN HIS HANDS, SHOOTING AT JFK.
(1) In less than 20 minutes, after the shooting of JFK, the Dallas police
broadcasted a description of whom they referred to as the assassin of JFK,
claiming that a construction worker, Howard Brennen, who was sitting on
a retaining wall across the street from the Depository Building, had seen
a man STANDING at the 6th floor window and aiming a rifle out of the window
pointing at JFK’s motorcade.
(2) But there were a number of problems with the statements coming from
the Dallas Police Department, concerning the witness, Howard Brennen and
his having witnessed the assassin on the 6th floor, which included the following:
a. Howard Brennen was nearsighted and needed glasses to see for distance,
which he was NOT wearing on November 22, so how could he have possibly
given a detailed description of what he COULD NOT SEE?
b. Brennen, who said he was sitting on a retaining wall, when the shots were
supposed to have been fired from the 6th floor window, said that he immediately
jumped from the wall and hid behind the retaining wall for safety purposes.
So how could he have studies the 6th floor window long enough to fully
get a valid description of just what he was seeing, especially if he was
jumping behind the wall, in fear for his life and especially since he was
not wearing the glasses he needed to see properly.
c. When Brennen was taken to the Dallas Police Station, he could NOT pick
Oswald out of the police line up, so how could he have given a clear, detailed
description of Oswald without his glasses, while looking 6 stories up and
look at a window that was open only 12 1/2 inches.
d. Brennen stated that he saw a man STANDING at the window and he was able
to give a description of what he saw. But the windows of the Depository
Bldg. were very low to the floor, the window sill being only 18 1/2 inches
from the floor.
e. If a person were STANDING at the window and that 6th floor window was
open only 12 1/2 inches, one could NEVER have seen his face, but would have
seen a location between a person’s knees and groin.
(3) Mr. Brennen, who admitted that in the past he had lied to local police
authorities, said that “he had given a description of Oswald to FBI agent
Forrest Sorrels” about 10 minutes after the shots were fired at JFK, but
Agent Sorrels DENIED that Brennen ever gave him a description of Oswald.
(4) So here we have the only witness that the Dallas police and the
Warren Commission could claim gave a description of Oswald at that 6th
floor window, yet he was and is completely discredited as a witness who
could have place Oswald at that 6th floor window:
a. and who cannot be accounted for as having given the Dallas police the
description they broadcasted out, depicting Oswald as the possible assassin
of JFK.
(5) The only explanation for how the Dallas Police could have had a
description that matched Lee Harvey Oswald was for the Dallas Police
to have had a description of Oswald BEFORE JFK was assassinated.
(6) As Dallas Chief of Police, Jessie Curry, had said:
“NO ONE HAS BEEN ABLE TO PUT OSWALD UP IN THAT WINDOW WITH A RIFLE
IN HIS HANDS.”
{D} THE CLAIM THAT OSWALD SHOT JFK WITH A RIFLE AND OFFICER J.D. TIPPET
WITH A PISTOL ON NOVEMBER 22, 1963.
(1) When one fires a rifle or pistol, GUNPOWDER residue emitted from the
barrel of that firearm will fill the air and ultimately deposit upon
the face, hair, hands, arms, and/or the clothing covering those body
parts.
(2) In the commission of a crime with a firearm, PARAFFIN TESTS can be
done on the suspect to determine if that suspect fired a rifle or pistol
in the commission of that crime.
(3) When Oswald was arrested, PARAFFIN tests, which were done on his body
and clothes by the FBI, were found to be NEGATIVE.
(4) Also, the FBI found NO hand prints on the rifle that Oswald was
supposed to have used to kill JFK. Although, when the rifle was
returned to the Dallas Police, they claimed to have found Oswald’s
“PALM PRINT” on the rifle, which was extremely suspicious, especially
with their massive failure to provide security for JFK and for Oswald,
who were both “KILLED” under their watch.
(5) The “competency” for finding credible evidence falls heavily into the
hands of the FBI, over that of the Dallas Police Department. Therefore one
could safely say that Lee Harvey Oswald did NOT fire a rifle and kill JFK
or a pistol and kill Officer J.D. Tippet on November 22, 1963.
{E} THE CLAIM THAT OSWALD, WHO WAS FOUND EATING LUNCH IN THE 2ND FLOOR
LUNCHROOM, COULD HAVE MADE IT TO THE LUNCHROOM IN THE TIME IT TOOK TO
KILL JFK.
(1) Within approximately 2 minutes after JFK’s shooting, Dallas Police
Officer Marion Baker and Depository Superintendent Roy Truly had run
into the Depository Bldg. to get to the top of the building to use it
as an observation post to look out over Dealey Plaza.
(2) When they got to the 2nd floor, Office Baker saw a man, Lee Harvey
Oswald, in the lunchroom standing at a Coke machine with a bottle of
soda in his hand. Oswald’s lunch bag was spread out on the lunch table
and bites had been taken from the sandwich.
(3) With Officer Backer’s gun drawn, as Officer Baker approached Oswald,
Mr. Truly identified Oswald as an employee, then Officer Baker and Roy
Truly turned and left the lunchroom.
(4) Oswald’s presence in the 2nd floor lunchroom was a massive blow to
the Warren Commission members because, if Oswald were eating lunch
4 floors DOWN from the 6th floor at a time when shots were being fired
at JFK, Oswald could NOT be the assassin of JFK.
(5) Logic, Reason and established FACTS would indicate that there was NO
way that Oswald could have:
1. shot at JFK
2. then walk or run across the length of the 6th floor to hide a rifle
behind boxes on the Southwest corner of the Depository Bldg.
3. walk or run back to the location of the stairway, since the
elevator was not working.
4. walk or run down 4 flights of stairs to the 2nd floor lunchroom.
5. gather / retrieve his lunch from wherever he had it.
6. spread out his lunch and take bites out of his sandwich and
swallow the bites of food.
7. get up and walk or run over to the Coke machine and put change
in to buy a soda.
8. pop off the soda cap and take a drink.
9. all this and be very calm, collected and NOT breathing heavily
as Officer Baker, with his gun drawn, confronts Oswald.
10. all this having taken place in less that 2 to 3 minutes.
(6) It is interesting to note that 3 female employees, in the
Depository Bldg., Victoria Adams and Sandra Styles followed
behind by Dorothy Garner were walking down the stairway towards
the 2nd floor, after the shots were fired at JFK.
a. Ms Garner said that Officer Marion Baker and Roy truly were
coming up towards her from the 2nd floor, where they had just
confronted Oswald, which means that Oswald was in the lunchroom
WELL BEFORE Officer Baker and Roy Truly got there since Oswald
never passed these 3 women on the stairway.
(7) The FBI conducted a test to see if an agent could also get
from the 6th floor to the 2nd floor in a reasonable time similar
to what Oswald had done after killing JFK. The FBI indicated that
from the results of their test, Oswald could, in fact, have killed
JFK and still have made it to the 2nd floor in time to meet Officer
Baker and Roy truly coming into the lunchroom
(8) But in this FBI test, the agent:
1. did NOT begin at the 6th floor window, but instead at the
top of the 6th floor stairs.
2. did NOT first go to the Southwest corner of the 6th floor
to hide a rifle behind boxes and then walk over to the stairway
to get down to the 2nd floor.
3. did NOT retrieve a lunch bag and spread out lunch on the
lunchroom table.
4. did NOT take bites out of a sandwich and swallow the food.
5. did NOT walk or run over to the Coke machine to buy a soda
and pop of the cap.
6. did NOT take a drink out of the soda bottle.
(9) All of this was invalid to begin with because when you
change just one variable of a test, you invalidate the results
of the test. The FBI agent was NOT Lee Harvey Oswald.
{F} THE CLAIM THAT LEE HARVEY OSWALD WAS “NOT” THE MYSTERY MAN
STANDING ON THE STEPS OF THE DEPOSITORY BUILDING AS SHOTS WERE
BEING FIRED AT JFK.
(1) As shots were being fired at JFK, Dallas AP photographer,
Philip Altgens was taking a photograph of the front of JFK’s
in the motorcar through the front window. One could see JFK
trying to grab at his throat but one could also see the people
gathered on the front stair of the Depository Bldg.
(2) Researchers studying the photograph noticed a man standing
there looking at JFK’s Motorcar and this man was wearing a long
sleeved checkered like shirt with the buttons opened almost down
to the belt line and with a white T shirt showing underneath.
This man also showed a receding hairline.
(3) Out of nearly 400,000 people in Dallas on November 22, the only
person who could prove that he owned such an outfit as the one
seen being worn by this mystery man who was standing on the steps
of the Depository Bldg., as JFK was being shot, was LEE HARVEY OSWALD,
who was wearing exactly the same looking shirt as was seen by the man
standing on the stairs of the Depository Bldg.
(4) The Warren Commission said that the Mystery man was Depository
worker, William Lovelady, who did resemble Oswald, especially with his
receding hairline. But Lovelady could NEVER produce the shirt that
was seen on the mystery man, whereby, Oswald was wearing the exact
same looking shirt, two hours after the shooting of JFK, when Oswald
was standing in the Dallas Police Station.
(5) There are researchers who say that it could NOT be Oswald if
Oswald was supposed to be in the 2nd floor lunchroom. But if Oswald
was standing on the stairs of the Depository Bldg., he could have
gone BACK into the building and into the 2nd floor lunchroom before
Officer Barker and Roy Truly were able to get to that lunchroom.
(6) Either way, if Oswald was on the stairs in front of the Depository
Building or if he was in the 2nd floor lunchroom, Oswald could NOT
have been shooting at JFK anywhere in Dealey Plaza on November 22,
1963.
{G} THE TRUTH ABOUT THE ITALIAN MADE RIFLE THAT WAS ALLEGEDLY USED BY
LEE HARVEY OSWALD TO KILL JFK.
(1) Within an hour or so of JFK’s murder, a rifle was found hidden behind
some boxes at the Southwest corner of the 6th floor of the Depository
Bldg., which was completely on the other side of the 6th floor window,
where it was alleged that Oswald had fired at JFK.
a. So whoever fired shots at JFK took the time to walk or run all the
way to the other side of the 6th floor in order to hide the Rifle behind
some boxes. Why?
(2) The rifle was discovered by Sheriff Deputy Seymour Weitzman and
police Officers Eugene Boone and Luke Mooney. These police officials,
who were familiar with firearms identified the rifle they found as a
7.65 GERMAN MAUSER and for the next 24 hours, the rifle was identified
as such.
(3) But when it was announced that Oswald was supposed to have owned
an ITALIAN MADE 6.5 Mannlicher-Carcanno rifle, the identity of the
rifle was changed from the GERMAN MADE 7.65 Mauser to the ITALIAN MADE
rifle. It was explained that the police officials, who discovered the
rifle, had simply made a MISTAKE in identifying the rifle.
(4) But the problem with this explanation was that the Italian made
rifle had a metal stamp on it, which clearly displayed not only the
SERIAL NUMBER of the rifle, C2766, but it also had the year it was
made ,1940, the caliber of the rifle, 6.5, and was also was stamped
MADE IN ITALY on the metal plate on the rifle.
(5) So there was NO WAY that anyone, especially experienced police
officers, could ever have “made a mistake’ in identifying this rifle.
This means that the rifle that was found on the 6th floor of the
Depository Building was NOT the rifle that Oswald was supposed to
have owned and if this rifle was the one used to kill JFK, someone
else, NOT Oswald was shooting at JFK from the Depository Building,
which means that JFK was murdered as a result of a CONSPIRACY.
(6) The Warren Commission had ordered the “Oswald rifle” be tested
by the FBI and rifle expert agent Robert Fraiser was given the task
of testing the rifle. After testing the rifle, Agent Fraiser was to
report the results of the tests to the FBI and the Warren Commission.
(7) When agent Fraiser began testing the “Oswald rifle” he found the
following:
I. The firing pin was RUSTED and could NOT be safely tested
without the risk to one’s life.
2. The “bolt” of the rifle was pitted in 9 places and would
often get stuck when he tried to pull back on the bolt.
3. The 4X powered scope on the rifle was installed for a LEFT
handed person, whereby Oswald was Right handed.
4. The scope was not fitted tightly onto the rifle and therefore
flopped from side to side on the rifle.
5. The scope was “OFF” by 0.13 degrees which meant that if one
aimed through the scope and fired, the bullet would be off target
by 13 feet to one side.
6. The trigger of the rifle was a two stage trigger pull, which
made it more difficult to properly squeeze the trigger in order
to get off a properly controlled shot.
(8) When FBI agent Fraiser reported all this to the Warren Commission,
he was told to FIX all the problems in order to “get the rifle” into
proper working condition in order to conduct the proper tests
(9) Here we have one of the best rifle experts in the FBI, who feared
for his safely in testing the same rifle that Oswald was supposed to
have used on November 22 to kill JFK, being told to FIX the rifle so
that it could be properly fired.
(10) Based upon the mechanical condition of the “Oswald rifle,”
there is simply NO way that this rifle could have been effectively
used to kill JFK, but the GERMAN MOUSER found hidden behind boxes
on the 6th floor of the Depository Bldg. and identified by three
police officials could have effectively been used to shoot at and
kill JFK.
(11) As was indicated before, the FBI found NO fingerprints on
the rifle that Oswald was supposed to have used to kill JFK and
PARAFFIN TESTS done on Oswald’s body and clothes by the FBI proved
to be NEGATIVE for gunpowder residue, which indicates that Oswald
did not fire a weapon on November 22, 1963 and therefore, could
NOT have killed JFK nor Officer J.D. Tippet.
{H} THE CLAIM THAT “APPLE TO APPLE” SIMULATIONS OF RIFLE TESTS PROVE
THAT LEE HARVEY OSWALD WAS CAPABLE OF SUCCESSFULLY SHOOTING AT AND
KILLING JFK.
(1) A number of documentaries on such stations as The History Channel.
Nova, etc. have conducted simulated rifle shooting tests which are
claimed to be “APPLE to APPLE” simulations of what Oswald was
supposed to have accomplished in shooting at JFK in Dealey Plaza.
(2) Often, a professional rifle expert is placed in a tower with a
rifle “similar” to the one that Oswald was supposed to have used.
The target (JFK’s head) is often simulated by using a large Bulls
Eye” type of target that is way larger than JFK’s head was. This
Bulls Eye target is either a “stationary” target or placed in a
“rolling cart” that moves on a railroad type track.
(3) The Professional Rifle expert usually from the Military or
from the NRA then takes aim and when ready, fires 3 or more times
at the target and usually he hits the target (JFK’s Head) one or
more times. Then the statement is made that this proves that
Oswald could have successfully done the same thing in killing
JFK.
(4) This completely UNSCIENTIFIC rifle test strains the realm of
all Logic, all Reason and all TRUTH to the point of absolute
ABSURDITY. The only way that one could do an “APPLE to APPLE”
rifle test would be to:
1. raise JFK and Lee Harvey Oswald from the DEAD.
2. give Oswald the very SAME rifle that he was suppose to
have use, with the very same bullets.
3. put Oswald at the same 6th floor window of the Depository
Building.
4. put JFK and in the same motorcar with Jackie at his side.
5. put Gov. John Connally and his wife in the same jump seat
in the motorcar.
6. Put the same SS driver and the same Secret Service agent in
the front passenger seat.
7. gather over 400 people in Dealey Plaza in Dallas and have
them all cheering as the motorcar moves down Elm Street at the
same speed.
(5) When you change just ONE variable in the shooting of JFK,
you invalidate the results of the test.
a. Any honest researcher, who is committed to establishing the TRUTH,
would know this and would NEVER claim that altering the variables
of a test would NOT make the results of that test invalid.
b. One would only claim such a test, whereby the variables of that
test were changed, was a valid test, was if that person sought to lie
to, mislead and misinform the public, just as has been done for the
past 54+ years in dealing with the assassination of JFK.
{I} THE CLAIM THAT OSWALD SHOT AND KILLED OFFICER J. D. TIPPET,
WHICH LED TO THE ARREST OF OSWALD.
(1) On the day that JFK was Killed, there were nearly 400,000
people living in the Dallas area. For the Dallas police and the
FBI to have found the one person they claim killed JFK all within
less that two hours was beyond Miraculous, it was relatively
impossible.
(2) When a call came into the Dallas Police Station that a man,
acting strangely, snuck into a movie theater without paying,
when the President of the United States was just assassinated,
why would a posse of over 32 police officers and FBI agents descend
on a movie theater, because a man snuck into that theater without
paying?
(3) What was needed was a reason, an answer for why such a large
group of law enforcement officials would descend upon a movie theater
to investigate and /or arrest a man who snuck into that movie theater
without paying, while the killers, the murderers of the President of
the United States were on the loose, possible escaping from the city
of Dallas.
a, The murder of Officer J.D. Tippet, which took place not far from
the movie theater that Oswald went into, gave an answer, a “justifiable”
reason, so it seemed, for sending 32 Law enforcement officials to a
movie theater to arrest a man for not paying his admission fee.
(4) Although 13 people gave statements concerning the shooting of
Officer Tippet, only three people actually claimed to have witnessed
the shooting – Domingo Benavides, Helen Markham and Acquilla Clemons.
(5) Domingo Benavides was in a pick up truck about one car length behind
Officer Tippet’s police car when Tippet was shot and killed. When the
shots were fired, Benavides said that he ducked down in his truck and
only when he felt it was safe did he look up, got out of his truck ,
went to aid Tippet and finally tried to use Police radio to call for
help.
a. Benavides told the police that he could NOT identify Oswald as the
shooter of Officer Tippet.
(6) Helen Markham was the only witness left who could possibly identify
who the shooter was and she claimed that it was Lee Harvey Oswald.
a. She said that, when Officer Tippet was shot, she ran over to him
and he tried to talk to her as she cradled his head. The only problem
with this statement is that Tippet died INSTANTLY and was dead before
he hit the ground. So a dead man was trying to talk to Ms Markham.
(7) When the police got to the location where Tippet was shot, Ms
Markham was described and crying, HYSTERICALLY, and had to be calmed
down.
a. Within a few hours, Ms. Markham was taken to the Dallas Police
Station and was shown a police line up, whereby she could NOT Identify
Lee Harvey Oswald, within that police line up.
b. Yet it was Helen Markham, who the Warren Commission used as the
witness, who identified Oswald as the murderer of Officer J.D. Tippet.
(8) But the Warren Commission NEVER called Ms. Acquilla Clemons to
give testimony about the Tippet killing. Ms. Clemons was sitting on
her front porch and had a clear view of the shooting of Officer Tippet.
a. She claimed that there were TWO men who confronted Officer Tippet,
as he got out of his patrol car and one of the men shot Tippet.
Then both men separated and ran in opposite directions.
(9) So in reality, the Warren Commission relied only upon Helen
Markham to use as a witness in the murder of Officer Tippet,
especially since she was the only person who claimed that it was
Oswald who killed Tippet,
a. Even though she could NOT pick Oswald out of a police line up
and even though she claimed to be able to speak to dead people.
(10) Keep in mind that without the killing of Officer Tippet
there would have been NO reason for a posse of law enforcement
officials to have gone to that movie theater and be able to
arrest Lee Harvey Oswald.
(11) Also, it is important to keep in mind that that a number
of witnesses had come forward, indicating that they had seen
Lee Harvey Oswald, Jack Ruby and even Officer Tippet together
in Jack Ruby’s “Carousel Club” in Dallas on a number of
occasions, but the Warren Commission was NOT interested
in seriously investigating these eye witnessed accusations.
(12) One must be reminded that results of FBI PARAFFIN TESTS
done on Oswald’s body and clothes were NEGATIVE for gunpowder
residue, which means that Oswald did NOT fire a rifle at JFK
or a pistol at Officer J.D. Tippet on the day they were killed.
{J} THE PECULIAR ARREST AND MURDER OF LEE HARVEY OSWALD.
(1) Never in the history of “criminology” has the murder
of a political leader been solved as fast as that of the
assassination of JFK.
a. Within two hours of the murder of JFK, the Dallas Police,
the FBI and the Secret Service, which all were NOT able to
protect the life of President Kennedy nor the life of the
alleged assassin, Lee Harvey Oswald, were “miraculously”
able to obtain a description of the assassin within 15
minutes of the murder of JFK, “find” the assassin within
1 1/2 hours of the murder and solve the “CRIME OF THE
CENTURY” before the sun went down on November 22, 1963.
(2) Within a city of nearly 400,000 people and with a
President of the United States having been murdered
nearly 2 miles away, a posse of over 32 police officers
and FBI agents rush to and descend upon a movie theater,
because a man “acting strangely” allegedly snuck into
that theater without paying and “miraculously” that man
just happened to be the assassin who killed JFK:
a. and within an hour of this assassin’s arrest, the
Dallas police, the FBI and the Secret Service were all
able to determine that NO other people were involved
in the assassination of the President of the United
States:
b. and within 72 hours of the murder of the President,
the alleged assassin was murdered in the basement of the
Dallas police station with over 150 police officers and
news reporters looking on, which CLOSED the case of the
assassination of JFK.
c. This is beyond “miraculous.” This strains the realm
of all Logic and all Reason to the point of absolute
ABSURDITY. This is HALLUCINATORY!!
(2) Anyone who was trained in or has done the deep research
into Covert / Black Military / Intelligence Operations would
recognize a Military / Intelligence “HIT” to neutralize a
political leader deemed as an “enemy” of the State.
(3) There was NO intelligent reason as to why Lee Harvey
Oswald had to be moved from a secure 3 story police station,
with over 500 police officers stationed there:
a. to move this most important person, who surely had
so much to tell concerning the events that took place
that day, which led to the murder of JFK and who said,
“I did not shoot anyone. I’m just a PATSY.”
b. to move him into a crowded basement filled with
nearly 200 people looking on, made sense only if one
wanted to have this alleged assassin KILLED to prevent
him from telling all that he surely knew concerning the
murder of JFK.
{K} THE CLAIM THAT THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE THAT JACK RUBY
WAS CONNECTED TO ORGANIZED CRIME OR THAT HE WAS PART OF
ANY CONSPIRACY TO KILL LEE HARVEY OSWALD.
(1) In their “pursuit” to establish the facts concerning
the role that Jack Ruby played in killing Lee Harvey Oswald,
the Warren Commission claimed that it found NO evidence that
indicated Jack Ruby was a part of any CONSPIRACY to kill
Oswald or that Ruby was in any way connected to organized
crime.
a. The Warren Commission simply accepted Ruby’s reason for
why he killed Oswald, which was that Ruby did not want to see
Jackie Kennedy having to testify before the Warren Commission
because he felt that it would be too painful for her.
b. even though Ruby had said that his lawyer, Joseph Tonihill,
told him (Ruby) to “give that as a reason.”
(2) On the front page of the December 8th 1039 edition of the
Chicago Tribune, there appeared a news article concerning the
murder of Mr. Leon Cook, the Secretary / Treasurer of the
Chicago Waste Handlers Union. On the second page, was a
picture of Jack Ruby, who was arrested by the Chicago Police
for suspicion of having murdered Mr. Cook.
(3) The charges against Jack Ruby for this crime were later
dropped due to the lack of sufficient evidence to convict him.
It was after this that Jack Ruby became the “new” Secretary /
Treasurer of the Chicago Waste Handler’s Union
a. The Chicago State Attorney General’s Office later confiscated
the “Charter” of the Chicago Waste Handler’s Union and found that
this Union was NOT a Union at all, but instead was a “FRONT” for
ORGANIZED CRIME in Chicago:
b. something that the Warren Commission, with its claims to be
in the “pursuit” of establishing the TRUTH, simply “overlooked
or could not find.”
(4) It was known that from the age of 16, Jack Ruby was a bag boy
for the Al Capone Crime Syndicate in Chicago and with age climbed
up the ladder in rank within the Chicago crime family.
a. Later, Jack Ruby was sent to Dallas in part to oversee Mafia
interests there and in 1959, Ruby visited Cuba as a guest of
Mafia kingpin “MEYER LANSKY,” with all expenses paid for Ruby.
(5) In 1947, Richard Nixon was a member of the House Un-American
Activities Committee and as a member of that committee, Nixon
had a working relationship with a Mr. Jack Rubinstein, who was
an informant to Nixon. Jack Rubinstein later shortened his name
to “JACK RUBY.”
a. When Richard Nixon saw Jack Ruby kill Oswald on national
television, he stated that Jack Ruby had been a long time
associate of President LYNDON JOHNSON.
(6) There have been witnesses who have stated that Jack Ruby
had been seen in the company of Lyndon Johnson on various
occasions. In fact, Lyndon Johnson’s mistress of many years,
Madeleine Brown had stated that she had seen Lyndon Johnson
in the company of Jack Ruby at the Adolphus Hotel in Dallas
only months before the assassination of JFK in Dallas.
(7) in 1950, Jack Ruby was an informant to the Senator Kefauver
Committee, which was investigating organized crime and it came
to be known by the committee that:
a. Jack Ruby was a high ranking Mafia lieutenant, who was
positioned in Dallas to serve the interests of Chicago’s
ORGANIZED CRIME SYNDICATE.
(8) In 1975, a letter by FBI Director, J. Edgar Hoover was
found, written to Warren Commission Chief Counsel, Lee J.
Rankin, stating that the Dallas FBI office had contact with
Jack Ruby on at least 8 occasions for Ruby possibly serving
as an FBI informant.
a. Hoover later admitted that, in fact, Jack Ruby was a PAID FBI
informant, having met with FBI contact agent Charles Flynn on a
number of occasions
b. Here we have Jack Ruby, a member of Organized Crime and an
FBI informant, killing the alleged assassin of JFK, Lee Harvey
Oswald in the basement of the Dallas Police Station:
c. and the Warren Commission found NO connections of any kind
between Jack Ruby and others in the assassination of JFK or
Lee Harvey Oswald.
(9) On June 7, 1964, while imprisoned in Dallas, Jack Ruby met
in his jail cell with Chief Justice Earl Warren, Rep. Gerald
Ford, Lawyers Leon Jaworski Joseph Ball, and Arlen Spector.
Ruby begged and pleaded with these men to be “taken out” of
Dallas and taken to Washington:
a. that he wanted to tell the truth about what he knew
concerning what took place in Dallas, but he could not
tell it here in Dallas because his life was in Danger.
b. Chief Justice Earl Warren told Ruby that “if you feel
that your life is in danger, don’t testify.”
c. not one of these men who met with Ruby were at all
interested in hearing what Ruby had to say concerning
the assassination of JFK.
(10) In a previously taped interview, before he was
imprisoned, Jack Ruby sat with three news reporters
and made the following statement”
“The people who have put me in the position I am in
will never let the truth come above board. A whole
new government is going to take over this country
and I will not live to see it.”
a. What Jack Ruby was telling the American people was
that he was part of a CONSPIRACY to kill JFK and Lee
Harvey Oswald and that the people who planned and
carried out the murder of JFK and Lee Harvey Oswald
will be in control of this Government and will never
let the truth come out to the American people.
[VII ] THE AMERICAN PEOPLE ARE FOLLOWING IN THE VERY FOOTSTEPS
OF THE GERMAN PEOPLE, WHO UNDER HITLER AND HIS NAZI GOVERNMENT
REGIME, LOST THEIR LIBERTIES, THEIR FREEDOMS, THEIR HUMANITY
AND THEIR PLACE IN HISTORY.
(1) The American people have allowed its Government to take
this Nation to WAR for 31 of the last 67 years.
(2) They have allowed their Nation to be lied and misled into
a 12 year WAR in Vietnam and a 17+ year WAR in the Mideast
with NO end in sight.
(3) They have allowed their Government to lie to and mislead
their Nation, concerning the assassinations of their leaders
who sought to establish peace in the world and not WAR.
(4) They have allowed themselves to be lied to and misled,
concerning the deaths of over 3,000 American citizens on
American soil, under very mysterious circumstances, which
acted as a “NEW PEARL HARBOR,” which took the Nation into
a 17+ year WAR in the Mideast with no end in sight.
(5) They have watched as their National Treasury has been
raped, their Economy in turmoil, their environment being
polluted and destroyed, their neighborhoods and schools
becoming “drug supermarkets,” their Government controlled
by Corporate interests, their Health Care controlled by
the Pharmaceutical Industry, their food supply being
polluted with toxic chemicals.
(6) They have allowed a President to take their country
to the edge of what could become a NUCLEAR HOLOCAUST
resulting in the deaths on millions of men, women
and children.
(7) From all the available real and circumstantial evidence
that stands head to head and toe to toe with fact based
TRUTHS and the historical record:
a. Lee Harvey Oswald did NOT kill JFK or Officer Jefferson
Davis Tippet.
b. Jack Ruby was given an assignment to silence Lee Harvey
Oswald in order to prevent Oswald from going to trial and
testifying as to what he knew about who killed JFK and why
he was killed.
c. Ultimately, JFK, along with Dr. King and Senator Robert
Kennedy, were all killed to clear the way for taking this
Nation to what would become a 12 year WAR in Vietnam.
As American citizens, who love our country and love our
children, we must ask the hard QUESTIONS and demand the
TRUTH from our Government.
We must not allow our Nation to be misled by LIES, Falsehoods,
Disinformation and Propaganda that will always threaten the
Liberties, the Freedoms, the Security and the Democratic
principles of any Society and which so often leads to the
establishment of:
“AN AUTHORITARIAN, TOTALITARIAN NATIONAL SECURITY STATE.”
