[I] A NATION THAT OVERLOOKS THE TRUTH CONCERNING THE ASSASSINATION OF A PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES:
(1) As this Nation observed the 56th. anniversary of President Kennedy’s Assassination, it seems that there are “3” critical trends of thinking concerning JFK’s murder that exists among the great majority of American citizens, which includes the following:
(a) President Kennedy was assassinated over 56+ years ago. We will never know the truth about his murder. Let the man “rest in peace.”
(b) A Conspiracy existed to kill JFK and the American people have a right to know the truth about the assassination of their President.
(c) Contrary to the outrageous claims of the “Conspiracy Theorists,” Lee Harvey Oswald killed JFK. There are now more pressing issues facing the Nation that must be addressed. Let the man “rest in peace.”
(2) To those dedicated citizens who have done the solid, fact based research into the “Deep Politics” and the “Deep State” that controls this nation’s Government and its Military / Intelligence / Industrial Complex that President Eisenhower WARNED this nation about in his Farewell Address over 57 years ago, it is hard to understand how anyone could possibly think that a President, who was “slaughtered in the streets like a dog,” could be “resting in peace,” while his murderers and their successors have gone free for the past 56+ years.
(3) Based upon all the available evidence, along with the findings of a 2 year investigation into the murder of President Kennedy as well as that of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. by a legally formed committee of the U.S. House of Representatives, the House Select Committee on Assassinations done from 1976 to 1978 which concluded that:
(a) The assassinations of President Kennedy and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. were a result of “Criminal Conspiracies” to kill them….
(4) The case can legitimately be made that the murder of President Kennedy was a “Coup d’ Etat,” a “Public Execution” by powerful forces to overthrow the Executive Branch of the United States Government.
(5) The murder of JFK was a statement made to the American people and to any other political leader who sought to serve the people that “we control this Nation, this Government and we can “neutralize” anyone at any time and there will be NOTHING that anyone will be able to do about it.”
(6) The “SHOTS” fired at JFK, RFK and MLK represented “Government by Gun play.” They were “Shots” fired at the “United States Constitution” and the “Bill of Rights.” They were “Shots” fired at the very foundation of this Nation’s Democracy, which is vested in the belief that only the TRUTH, the whole TRUTH and nothing but the TRUTH can preserve and protect those liberties and freedoms that we, as a nation, hold so dear.
[II] A NATION OF MANY PEOPLE WHO READ VERY LITTLE AND RESEARCH “NOTHING” BUT BELIEVE THAT THEY ARE SO WELL INFORMED.
(1) It is interesting that there are so many American citizens who would “vehemently” reject the above statements. It is equally interesting that so many Americans who have read very little and have researched NOTHING about the “Deep Politics” and the “Deep State” that controls this Government and its Military / Intelligence Complex, believe that they are so well informed.
(2) But so many of these same Americans would be unable to define / identify even one of the following Military / Intelligence Complex Covert Operations, which have violated the very laws of the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights, which have overthrown existing sovereign Governments and which have cost the lives of hundreds of thousands of American citizens, as well as the lives of citizens of other countries, all at a cost of billions
of dollars and all behind the backs of and in the name of the American people:

[III] UNDERSTANDING THE MILITARY / INTELLIGENCE TERMINOLOGY WHICH IS REFERRED TO AS “DEEP POLITICS” AND THE “DEEP STATE.”
(1) Not only do most Americans know little to NOTHING about these “covert operations” conducted by its Government and its Military / Intelligence Complex, neither do they know anything about what in Military / Intelligence terminology is referred to as “DEEP POLITICS” and the “DEEP STATE.”
(2) As brought out by a number of outstanding researchers, including Peter Dale Scott and Laurent Guyenot, especially in each of their well written, well researched books “Deep Politics and the Death of JFK” and “JFK – 9/11 : 50 years of Deep State” :
(a) “DEEP POLITICS” refers to the “underlying, secret decisions, actions and activities that determine, create and alter major historical events including political issues and military conflicts.
(b) “DEEP POLITICS” involves and incorporates assassinations, secret pacts, hidden agendas, covert military / paramilitary operations, disinformation, psychological warfare, propaganda and false flag operations that are meant to mislead, confuse and to control the thinking and the reaction of the masses of people of a given country.
(c) The “DEEP STATE” refers to the powerful, hidden, covert forces which are controlled and used by an “INVISIBLE GOVERNMENT” that acts behind the scenes, behind the backs of the citizens of a country so as to create policies, actions and events that will alter and control an existing Government.
(d) The “DEEP STATE” does not seek to serve the people, but instead to serve its own interests by controlling the “political system” of that Nation.
[IV] A COUP d’ETAT – WHEN A GOVERNMENT AND / OR ITS MILITARY / INTELLIGENCE COMPLEX KILLS OFF ITS POLITICAL LEADERS.
(A) When you kill a President you change the course of American and World History for generations to come. Without truly understanding the concept of, the nature of and the existence of Deep Politics and the Deep State, one cannot possibly understand why President Kennedy was assassinated, who really killed him and why JFK’s murder is as important to the Liberties and Freedoms of the American people today, as it was over 56+ years ago.
(B) If one does not understand why President Kennedy was killed and who killed him, one cannot possibly understand the real causes for the following Political / Military crises that have plagued this nation, since his assassination, which includes the following:
(1) Why this nation has been taken to WAR for 32 of the last 67 years.
(2) Why JFK, RFK, MLK, Malcolm X and even John Lennon of the Beatles, who all opposed the war in Vietnam, were all killed.
(3) Why JFK went to Dallas with a nearly new set of Secret Service agents placed on his White House Detail, with some of these agents being hostile towards JFK, secretly stating that he was “bad for the country” and that they would “never take a bullet for him.”
(4) Why Jack Ruby really killed Lee Harvey Oswald in the basement of the Dallas Police station with nearly 100 people watching.
(5) Why, in an interview, Jack Ruby said, ” The people who have put me in the position I’m in will never let the truth come above board. A whole new Government is going to take over this country and I’m not going to live to see it happen.”
(6) Why LBJ demanded to be sworn in as President before leaving Dallas rather than waiting to get to Washington, DC.
(7) Why LBJ committed an illegal act by hand picking a Presidential Commission, the Warren Commission, rather than let the State of Texas investigate JFK’s assassination as required by Texas Constitutional Law.
(8) Why this Nation was lied and misled into a 12 year War in Vietnam at the cost of over 58,875 American soldiers dead, 300,000 wounded and over 2 million Vietnamese men, women and children killed.
(9) Why the CIA’s covert operation at the Watergate Hotel destroyed Richard Nixon’s Presidency and placed former Warren Commission member, Gerald Ford, in the
White House..
(10) Why President Nixon picked former Warren Commission member Gerald Ford to be his Vice President, after VP Spiro T. Agnew was forced to resign as Vice President.
(11) Why President Gerald Ford gave Richard Nixon a full Presidential Pardon when Nixon had never been found guilty of a crime in a court of law.
(12) Why over 900 American men, women and children were killed at Jonestown, Guyana in 1978.
(13) Why an attempt was made to assassinate Ronald Reagan, with former CIA director George H. W. Bush waiting in the wings.
(14) Why the Challenger Space Capsule really crashed to Earth, killing all 7 astronauts.
(15) Why a young, obscure Governor from Arkansas, Bill Clinton, was able to run for the Presidency against former CIA Director George H.W. Bush in 1992.
(16) Why American citizens, including 18 children, who were never found to have committed a crime, were really killed on American soil at Waco, Texas.
(17) Why the Oklahoma City bombing really took place.
(18) Why the attacks on 9/11 really took place and why nearly 3,000 American citizens were killed at the Twin Towers.
(19) Why this nation was lied and misled into a 19+ year WAR in the Mideast with no end in sight.
(20) Why the Nation’s economy is being destroyed and why its National Treasury is being raped.
(21) Why Federal and State mandates have taken control of this nation’s school systems
and the education of this nation’s children.
(22) Why Aids , Ebola and other emerging viruses, which have killed hundreds of thousands of people, really exists.
(23) Why our Government is a “broken government,” controlled by Corporate Interests.
(24) Why our Health Care Industry is dominated and controlled by the Allopathic Medical / Pharmaceutical Industry, which is committed to Toxic Drug Therapy.
[V] THE DANGER TO THE LIBERTIES AND FREEDOMS OF THIS NATION POSED BY THE “COINCIDENCE THEORISTS,” WHO BELIEVE THAT THE LISTED CRISES EXPERIENCED BY
THIS NATION WERE NOTHING MORE THAN A SET OF DISCONNECTED, UNRELATED EVENTS THAT JUST HAPPENED TO ALL COME TOGETHER AT THE SAME MOMENT IN TIME.
(A) For all those people who claim that these events were nothing more than “COINCIDENCES,” various sets of disconnected, unrelated events that all just happened to come together at their various moments in time, and not events that were carried out by Deep Politics and the Deep State:
(B) These same people not only know little to nothing about the previously listed covert operations of the Military / Intelligence Complex, but they know nothing about or refuse to listen to the “WARNING” given to the Nation by Pres. Eisenhower in his Farewell Address, when he said:
“Our Military Organization bears little relation to that known by of any of my predecessors… We annually spend on our Military Security more than the net income of all U.S. Corporations….”
“In the Councils of Government we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence …by the Military / Industrial Complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of MISPLACED POWER exists and will persist. We must never let the weight of this combination endanger our Liberties and Freedoms. We should take NOTHING for granted.”
“The prospect of domination of the Nation’s scholars by Federal employment, project allocations and the power of money is ever present and must be GRAVELY regarded. We must be alert to the equal and opposite DANGER that public policy could become the captive of a Scientific / Technological Elite.”
President Eisenhower, who came from the military and who created the term the “Military / Industrial Complex,” was actually warning the nation of the danger, the threat posed by Deep Politics and the Deep State to the liberties and freedoms of the American people.
[VI] WHY PRESIDENT KENNEDY WAS ASSASSINATED.
(A) PRESIDENT KENNEDY SOUGHT TO ESTABLISH PEACE AMONG NATIONS AND PREVENT WAR, WHICH WAS HIGHLY OPPOSED BY THE MILITARY / INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX .
(1) As a Presidential candidate in 1960, John Kennedy made great issue of America’s need to increase its military strength, advance its missile production and to take a hard line against Communism, when it threatens liberty and freedom around the world.
(2) But after President Kennedy began serving in the White House and more specifically, after the 1961 CIA planned, failed “Bay of Pigs” Cuban invasion and the 1962 “Cuban Missile Crisis,” which almost brought the United States and Russia to the brink of NUCLEAR WAR, his foreign and domestic policies began to change.
(3) President Kennedy made “mistakes” but by 1963, he was greatly maturing in office and his policies began to show a growing commitment toward establishing PEACE both domestically, as well as among the nations around the world.
(B) SOME OF PRESIDENT KENNEDY’S FOREIGN POLICY CHANGES THAT INFURIATED THE MILITARY / INTELLIGENCE / INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX INCLUDED THE FOLLOWING:
(1) He ended the “Cuban Missile Crisis” through “negotiations” rather than through military action, which upset his Military advisors who were advocating and deeply
committed to military intervention.
(2) He was instrumental in bringing about the “Nuclear Test Ban Treaty,” whereby over 100 Nation agreed to stop all nuclear testing of weapons in the atmosphere. Something that was NOT supported by the Military / Intelligence Complex.
(3) He sought to end American military involvement in Southeast Asia which would have ended America’s war in Vietnam. Again something that infuriated the Military / Intelligence Complex, which was deeply committed to WAR in Southeast Asia.
(4) He sought to reestablish trade agreements with Cuba, which would have brought
an end to American / Cuban hostile political issues, which was NOT supported by
the Military / Intelligence Complex, which sought military intervention against
Castro’s Government in Cuba..
(5) He was receptive to Red China’s admission to the United Nations, which would
have brought Red China into the international political fold, which was deeply
opposed by the Military / Intelligence Complex.
(6) He was in secret negotiations with Russian Prime Minister Nikita Khrushchev
to try to end the American / Russian “Cold War,” which was NOT supported by the
Military / Intelligence Complex.
(C) SOME OF PRESIDENT KENNEDY’S DOMESTIC POLICY CHANGES THAT WERE NOT SUPPORTED BY THE MILITARY / INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX INCLUDED THE
FOLLOWING:
(1) He called for a review of the Oil Depletion Tax which infuriated the oil companies.
(2) He demanded that the Steel Industry roll back steel price increases which infuriated the Steel Industry.
(3) He considered sweeping Civil Rights legislation to be proposed to Congress unlike any proposed to Congress before him, but this upset many southern white racists as well as southern members of Congress..
(4) He pressed for all out war against Organized Crime unlike any President before him which created enemies within the crime community.
(5) He considered overhauling the Federal Reserve System and put the nation on the Gold Standard in order to impact deficit spending and to bring down the National Debt. The powerful Banking Industry felt deeply threatened by this proposal by JFK.
(6) He sought to gain control of and limit the growing power of the CIA the FBI and the Secret Service which was a major threat to these powerful intelligence agencies.
(7) These foreign and domestic policy CHANGES along with a number of others constituted a major threat to the Deep State and to Deep Politics whose ultimate agenda and commitment has been and is to take this nation to WAR because “WAR IS BIG BUSINESS.”
[VII] THE ACTIONS BY PRESIDENT KENNEDY WHICH FINALLY DROVE THE MILITARY / INTELLIGENCE COMPLEX TO DECLARE WAR ON JFK, RESULTING IN HIS ASSASSINATION INCLUDED THE FOLLOWING:
(A) JFK SOUGHT TO END AMERICAN MILITARY INVOLVEMENT IN SOUTHEAST ASIA.
(1) When Pres. Kennedy issued NSAM # 263, it made clear to the Joint Chiefs of Staff that after the 1964 Pres. election, if JFK won, he intended to pull all military presence out of Southeast Asia. JFK threatened very powerful forces within the Military / Intelligence / Industrial Complex because with “military action” in Southeast Asia:
(a) the Military received the highest “DEFENSE BUDGETS” in the history of American warfare up to that time.
(b) the Weapons Industry stood to make untold , massive PROFITS from fighting a WAR in Southeast Asia.
(c) over $60 billion dollars per year in “drug operations” were coming out of the “Golden Triangle”(Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam) in
Southeast Asia, so long as American Military presence remained in Vietnam.
(2) President Kennedy’s decision to pull American presence out of Southeast Asia would end all of this. The removal of JFK and any other prominent political leader who opposed the “War in Vietnam” such as RFK, MLK, Malcolm X and even John Lennon of the Beatles, who coined the term “GIVE PEACE A CHANCE,” would assure that the War in Southeast Asia would continue and everything would remain in place.

(B) BY ISSUING NSAM # 55 AND # 56, JFK SOUGHT TO PLACE THE CIA UNDER THE CONTROL OF THE JOINT CHIEFS OF STAFF AND AS “COMMANDER IN CHIEF” OF THE MILITARY, JFK WOULD BE IN CONTROL OF THE CIA, WHICH WAS A DIRECT THREAT TO THE POWER AND EVEN THE EXISTENCE OF THE CIA.
(1) President Kennedy was aware that the CIA was out of control and had sworn that he would “smash the CIA into a thousand pieces and scatter it to the winds.” He sought to do this by Issuing NSAM # 55 and 56 which, as has been said above, placed the CIA under the control of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and as “Commander in Chief” of the Military / Intelligence Complex, JFK would have been in charge of the CIA, which would have been under his direct control. This was a major threat to the very existence of the CIA.
(2) It is interesting to note that both the Director of the CIA, Allan Dulles, the brother of former Sect. of State John Foster Dulles, were fired by JFK after the Cuban Bay of Pigs failure along with the firing of Charles Cabal, the Deputy Director of the CIA , whose brother, Earl Cabal was Mayor of Dallas, when JFK was assassinated in Dallas on November 22, 1963.
(3) Also, it is interesting to note that fired CIA Director Allen Dulles was placed on the Warren Commission by LBJ to investigate who killed a President who fired him, caused him public embarrassment and placed a black mark on his service to the Government and to the country.
(4) The events that took place in Dallas with the murder of JFK assured that the CIA would maintain its position and power within the Military / Intelligence community and that the CIA “would NOT be shattered into a thousand pieces and scattered to the winds,” as JFK claimed that he was going to do.

(C) JFK SOUGHT TO PLACE THE SECRET SERVICE UNDER THE “CONTROL” OF THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT BY ISSUING HR BILL – 4158 TO THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES,
THEREBY, PLACING ATTORNEY GENERAL ROBERT KENNEDY AT THE HEAD OF THE SECRET SERVICE, WHICH WAS A DIRECT THREAT TO THE POWER AND CONTROL OF PEOPLE
IN HIGH POSITIONS WITHIN THE SECRET SERVICE.
(1) Both President Kennedy and Attorney General Robert Kennedy did NOT trust the protection of JFK to be in the hands of the Secret Service. It was for this reason that the Kennedy Administration introduced a bill to the House of Representatives in February, 1963, HR BILL: 4158, which would place the Secret Service under the control of the Justice Department thus making Attorney General Robert Kennedy and the FBI in charge of the protection of the President of the United States.
(2) This move by JFK was a major threat to the very existence of the Secret Service and this along with JFK’s firing and forcing into retirement high ranking members of the Secret Service which included U.E Baughman, Chief of the SS; Russell Daniel, Deputy Chief of the SS and A. Gilmore Fluse, Assistant Sect. of the Treasury; created DEEP hostility towards the Kennedys within the highest ranks of the Secret Service and the Treasury Departments.
(3) This move against the Secret Service as well as the move against the CIA by JFK was considered a “Call to War” in the eyes of the Military / Intelligence community and for the Secret Service and the CIA, it was a fight for their survival to be “autonomous” Intelligence agencies.
(4) It is very interesting that JFK went to Dallas with nearly a new set of White House Detail Secret Service agents, a number of whom, it was revealed, were very hostile towards JFK, with some of them having made comments among themselves that “JFK was bad for the Country” and that they “would never take a bullet for him.”
(5) The end result was the events that took place in Dallas,Texas on November 22, 1963, which preserved the power, the position and the existence of both the Secret Service and the CIA within the Military / Intelligence community.
(6) HR BILL: 4158 which was sitting in House Committee on the day that JFK went to Dallas, Texas and was murdered, was later DEFEATED in the House of Representatives.

(D) JFK INTENDED TO DROP VICE PRESIDENT LYNDON JOHNSON, WHO WAS FAVORED BY THE MILITARY /INTELLIGENCE / INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX, FROM THE 1964 PRESIDENTIAL TICKET, WHICH WOULD HAVE DESTROYED THE POWER, PRESTIEGE AND POLITICAL POSITION THAT LYNDON JOHNSON HELD WITHIN THE DEMOCRATIC POLITICAL SYSTEM.
(1) It is a fact that 18 months before JFK was killed in Dallas, VP Lyndon Johnson was facing “three” Congressional investigations into the possible criminal activity of his close friends and business associates Billy Sol Estes and Bobby Baker, as well as contracts illegally awarded to General Dynamics for the construction of the TFX jet fighter airplane, which all illegally, monetarily benefited LBJ.
(2) If found guilty, the only way that LBJ could protect himself, save his political career and avoid the possibility of being sent to prison, was to either maintain his position as Vice President or to ascend to the Office of the Presidency upon the death of JFK.
(3) Ultimately, JFK was killed in Dallas, LBJ became the President and the Congressional investigations into his possible criminal activity went no where.
(4) It was LBJ who was instrumental in blocking any State or Federal investigation into the assassination of JFK by his issuing Executive Order 11130, which allowed “him” to handpick a Presidential Commission, the Warren Commission, which would ultimately cover up the truth about the
murder of JFK.
(5) It was under the Presidential leadership of LBJ that JFK’s plan to remove American military presence in Southeast Asia was reversed and the Nation was lied and misled into what the Military / Intelligence / Industrial Complex had wanted all along, an all out “War in Vietnam” that would last for nearly 12 years at a cost of over 58,875 American soldiers killed, over 300,000 wounded and at the cost of lives of over 2 million Vietnamese men, women and children.

(E) JFK SOUGHT TO GAIN CONTROL OF THE FBI BY REMOVING FBI DIRECTOR J. EDGAR HOOVER, A CLOSE PERSONAL FRIEND OF LYNDON JOHNSON, AFTER THE 1964 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION, WHICH WAS A MAJOR THREAT TO THE POWER OF J. EDGAR HOOVER, AS WELL AS TO THOSE PEOPLE HOLDING HIGH POSITIONS WITHIN THE FBI.
(1) It was known within JFK’s inner circle that JFK and RFK were very much aware of the political power that J. Edgar Hoover welded within and outside of Government and they had reached the conclusion that the nation would be better served if Hoover was forced into retirement or if necessary, fired from his position as FBI Director.
(2) J. Edgar Hoover was well aware of the intentions of JFK and RFK and he had every intention of keeping his position as Director of the FBI, which he felt he had founded in the first place.
(3) Hoover had a deep personal friendship with LBJ and was fully aware that with LBJ in the White House, he (Hoover) would remain as FBI Director for as long as he wanted the position. But this could only happen if JFK was no longer President of the United States.
(4) It is very interesting that within 2 hours of JFK’s assassination the FBI was taking the public position that Lee Harvey Oswald was the lone assassin and that there was NO conspiracy.
(F) JFK SOUGHT TO GAIN CONTROL OF THE HARD CORE “WARHAWKS,” WHO DOMINATED THE JOINT CHIEFS OF STAFF.AND WHO SOUGHT WAR OVER PEACE, WHICH CAUSED A DEEP DISDAIN AND DISLIKE TOWARDS JFK BY THE MEMBERS OF THE JOINT CHIEFS OF STAFF.
(1) The Joint Chiefs of Staff under JFK consisted of the following:
General Layman Lemnitzer – Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff
Admiral Arleigh A. Burk – Chief of Staff – U.S. Navy
General George H. Decker – ” ” – U.S. Army
General Thomas D. White – ” ” – U.S. Air Force
General David M. Shoup – Commandant – U.S. Marine Corp.
(2) These high ranking Military leaders were hard core WAR HAWKS who supported the use of Nuclear weapons to fight wars. In fact,one of their proposals “The Joint Strategic Capabilities Plan” called for 1st strike use of Nuclear weapons against major cities in Russia,China and Eastern Europe, resulting in a death toll reaching in the hundreds of millions of people.
(3) A Joint Chiefs of Staff proposal, “Operation Northwoods,” called for internal attacks to be conducted on the city of Miami and other cities in Florida killing American citizens and then blaming these attacks on Castro’s government resulting in an all out invasion of Cuba. One specific proposal was to “blow up a commercial jet airplane carrying American college students off the coast of Florida and blaming the attack on Castro’s Cuba.
(4) JFK was shocked by these proposals and refused to even consider them, resulting in the members of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, especially Chairman Layman Limnitzer and Admiral Burk as viewing JFK with disdain and disrespect as their President.
(5) When JFK sent NSAM #263 to the Joint Chiefs of Staff indicating that after the 1964 Presidential election, if he won, he intended to end all U.S. military operations in Southeast Asia, which would have ended the growing WAR in Vietnam. This sent shock waves through the members of the Joint Chiefs of Staff which was totally committed to WAR in Southeast Asia.
(6) It is interesting to note that four days after JFK was assassinated in Dallas, New President Lyndon Johnson issued NSAM #273, which completely reversed JFK’s NSAM #263’s call for a complete withdrawal of U.S. Military Operations in Southeast Asia, instead fully committing over one million troops to what would become a 12 year war in Vietnam.
(7) What must be pointed out here is that Pres. Johnson’s NSAM #273 was written up on November 21, 1963, one day BEFORE JFK went to Dallas and was assassinated. President Kennedy was STILL the PRESIDENT on November 21. There is no way that NSAM #273 should have been in place, while JFK was still the President, unless “someone” was aware that JFK was NOT going to be the President of the United States AFTER November 21, 1963. and the excuse that this was all simply “a mistake,” “a coincidence” strains the realm of all Logic,Reason and Truth to the point of ABSURDITY.
(8) JFK’s intention to end the Cold War with Russia by secretly negotiating with Nikita Krushchev was looked upon as a betrayal of the Military / Intelligence Complex which sought to continue the confrontational policies with Russia, which brought tremendous support for increasing the Military / Intelligence Budget that brought in $billions of dollars to the Military.
(9) When JFK refused to militarily support the CIA sponsored Cuban invasion at the Bay of Pigs and when he refused to take military action against both Cuba and Russia during the Cuban Missile Crisis, this infuriated the various members of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, who felt that JFK was a major liability as President of the United States.
(10) Ultimately, President Kennedy’s reassignment, dismissal and firing of a number of high ranking personnel within the CIA, the FBI, the Secret Service, and the Joint Chiefs of Staff whom JFK did NOT TRUST included the following:
General Lyman Lemnitzer – Chairman – Joint Chiefs of Staff
Allen Dulles – Director of the CIA
Charles Cabal – Deputy Director – CIA
U.E. Baughman – Chief – Secret Service
Russell Daniel – Deputy Director-Secret Service
A. Gilmore Fluse – Asst. Sect. of Treasury
(11) This action infuriated high ranking members of the Military / Intelligence Complex, including those members on the above list. They saw JFK as the ENEMY and as a Danger to the security of this Nation, bad for the Military’s goals to pursue War and bad for “BIG BUSINESS.”.
(12) In June, 1963, at American University, JFK delivered a speech whereby he said in part:
“What kind of Peace do we seek? Not a Pax Americana enforced by American Weapons of War….We seek not merely peace for Americans but PEACE for all men and women… not merely peace in out time but peace for all time.”
(13) It was this speech that was the final straw for the Military / Intelligence / Industrial Complex that President Eisenhower had warned this Nation about in his Farewell Address only three years earlier. The problem was “NEUTRALIZED” in Dallas, Texas on November 22, 1963.
[VIII] CONCLUSIONS ONE CAN LEGITIMATELY REACH AS TO WHY PRESIDENT KENNEDY WAS ASSASSINATED AND WHO KILLED HIM.
(1) Within this Nation’s Judicial System, it is an accepted legal practice that to help in determining guilt or innocence in the commission of a crime that three important questions must be asked, which are:
(a) Who had the motive to commit the crime?
(b) Who had the means to commit the crime?
(c) Who benefited from the commission of the crime?
(2) When one seeks to establish the answers to these questions based upon logic, reason, the historical record, fact based research and all the available evidence that has NOT been sealed away from the American people until the year 2039, one can safely conclude the possibility that JFK’s assassination was carried out at the highest levels by this Nation’s Military / Intelligence Complex, with the cooperation of Lyndon B. Johnson and which was covered up by this Nation’s privately owned National News Media..
(3) With the arrest of Lee Harvey Oswald and concluding with his death, the Dallas Police, the FBI, the U.S. Justice Department, the Warren Commission and the National News Media acted as both judge and jury against Oswald and in doing so, violated every “Legal Right” granted to Oswald under the U.S. Constitution and under the “Laws” that govern this nation’s Judicial System.
(4) It is a historical fact that JFK was surrounded by powerful, hostile Military / Intelligence forces that saw him as an “Enemy” of the Deep State and that the removal of this President was in the best interest of the forces that President Eisenhower warned this Nation about in his Farewell Address over 56+ years ago and which he referred to as the Military / Industrial Complex..
(5) The “DANGER” that JFK presented to the Military / Intelligence / Industrial Complex was “neutralized” with the Assassination of JFK in Dallas, Texas on November 22, 1963 and with the installation of Lyndon Baines Johnson as President of the United States.
(6) The “Lee Harvey Oswald Scenario,” whereby Oswald killed JFK in order to “impress his wife” and to “get his name into the history books….” while at the same time his actions, acting all alone, conveniently removed the great danger posed by JFK to the CIA, the FBI, the Secret Service, Lyndon Johnson and to the “war effort” in Southeast Asia, strains the realm of all Logic, all Reason, all fact based evidence to the point of absolute ABSURDITY and offers further proof of the existence and the functioning of Deep Politics and the Deep State.”
[IX] A NATION THAT WILL NOT LISTEN AND REFUSES TO LEARN FROM HISTORY IS A NATION THAT WILL SO OFTEN LOSE ITS LIBERTIES, ITS FREEDOMS, ITS SECURITY AND THE FUTURE FOR ITS CHILDREN.
(1) Edward Bernays, who is referred to as the “Father of Modern Scientific Use of Propaganda ” and whose writings had greatly influenced the thinking of Adolf Hitler, stated:
“The conscious and intelligent manipulation of the organized habits and opinions of the MASSES is an important element in controlling a Democratic Society. Those who manipulate this unseen mechanism of society constitutes the creation of an INVISIBLE GOVERNMENT, which is the true RULING POWER over a country and it is the use of PROPAGANDA that is the “executive arm” of the “INVISIBLE GOVERNMENT.”
(2) Adolf Hitler had said:
“The very best way to take control over a people and to control them, utterly, is to take a little of their Freedoms at a time, to erode their Rights by a thousand tiny imperceptible reductions in a way that the people will not see their Rights and their Freedoms being removed, until past the point at which these changes cannot be reversed.”
(3) William E Simon, former Secretary of the Treasury under Pres. Richard Nixon, tried to warn the American people of the growing threat to their Liberties and their Freedoms when he wrote:
“Our country, today, sits at the very crossroad between Freedom and Totalitarian rule. If a majority of Americans do not soon understand this reality and help to turn the tide toward Freedom, they ultimately will have no choice but to understand it at a time when it will be too late to do anything thing about it.”
(4) Thomas Jefferson once said,
“If you expect a Nation to be ignorant and remain free, you expect what never was and never will be… the price of Liberty is eternal vigilance.”
[X] AMERICA – FOLLOWING IN THE FOOTSTEPS OF THE GERMAN PEOPLE, WHO LOST THEIR LIBERTIES, THEIR FREEDOMS, THEIR LIVES, THE LIVES OF THEIR CHILDREN, THEIR HUMANITY AND THEIR PROPER PLACE IN HISTORY, ALL TO ADOLF HITLER’S FASCIST, NAZI REGIME.
(1) America, you stood by and you watched:
(a) as your nation was taken to WAR for 31 of the last 66 years.
(b) as your leaders who sought peace and not WAR were killed off.
(c) as your nation was taken to WAR for 12 years in Vietnam.
(d) as innocent Americans who committed NO crime were killed on American soil at Waco, Texas.
(e) as nearly 3,000 Americans were killed under mysterious conditions on 9/11.
(f) as your nation was lied and misled into a 15 year WAR in the Mideast with no end in sight.
(g) as your economy was being destroyed.
(h) as your National Treasury was being raped.
(i) as your streets became war zones and schools became drug supermarkets.
(j) as your school systems were taken over by Federal and State Governments Mandates.
(2) How different are we than the German people who watched as their beloved country fell to the rule of Hitler’s NAZI Regime? As Americans, we are walking in the shoes of the German people. We are becoming “who they were.” We are becoming “them.”
(3) As Americans we are losing our Country, losing our Liberties, our Freedoms and the future for our CHILDREN:
(a) because of our refusal to ask the hard QUESTIONS and demand the TRUTH from our Government.
(b) because of our “Blind Patriotism”
(c) because of our own “Ignorance” to LEARN from past HISTORY.
And because of all this, our CHILDREN will be paying the price, as they have always done, by having had to shed their blood in Korea, in Vietnam, on 9/11 and in Iraq and Afghanistan.
